Best if you want mild flavor and no filler. Sometimes all the salt doesn't dissolve the first go round, I just add a bit more water and shake it up. We love Waterboy!

If you like drinking straight salt water this is for you.

The other two flavors are decent, but the strawberry one tastes like plastic

Definitely misleading advertising. It says it has more electrolytes than the leading electrolyte stick, but if you look at Body Armor Flash IV sticks that’s not true. Also disappointed in the lack of Vit B and C. Will definitely be returning this product.
