BUYER BEWARE unless you have money to just throw away. This is the worse performing mattress I have ever owned manufactured in a Stearns and Foster.brand. I purchased a Queen and a king to replace older mattresses 4 months ago and have regretted it ever since. There is not any support in it. When you sit or lay for just a short period of time it bottoms out giving you NO support there. Forget about a good night sleep because it is not going to happen with this mattress. Neither my husband or myself are large people. Getting up in the mornings with back pain and not rested since a few hours is all either of us can take on this mattress does not make for a good day. I have a medical condition that makes getting enough sleep crucial to daily function. This issue with this mattress goes beyond "break in" condition. You feel like you are in a hole all the time. I guess buying a new model mattress is like buying a new model car, you don't do it! Wait until enough complaints are made that the manufacturer makes the corrections necessary to manufacture a reliable quality product before you make a purchase. I feel like a crash dummy for mattresses in the testing phase!! Unfortunately I DO NOT have anything good to say about this mattress. For the money spent I expected quality from Stearns and Foster as I always have. I only gave it one star because that was the lowest I could rate it.

I travel a lot for work and hotel beds, as comfy as they may be sometimes, really hold the heat in way too much. This mattress stays much cooler so I don't wake up in the middle of the night in a puddle of sweat. This mattress was also incredibly soft and yet just firm enough at the same time. I got an amazing night sleep, and for someone that usually tosses and turns it was wonderful to wake up in the morning and be surprised it wasn't one of many middle of the night uncomfortable wake ups. I can't recommend this mattress enough, I hope it last as long as I do because I don't want to have to part with it.

I was really surprised with the Stearns & Foster Reserve Soft Pillowtop. First, it's the thickest mattress I've ever slept on. Do buy deep fitted sheets to cover this. Second, it's not bouncy. My husband getting in bed next to me barely affected my side of the bed. Lastly, it's incredibly soft, but I am supported and slept comfortably. Because I never trust soft mattresses to h support me when I'm sleeping, I would not have picked this out in the store. This trial has changed my mind. This mattress is amazing. I would recommend it to everyone, even those who are used to sleeping on firm mattresses.

It is super heavy and tall which I don't mind. Hands down best nights sleep I have ever had. Only problem I have is keeping our 4 girls out of our bed.

Due to medical reasons, I cannot sleep on my back. This mattress did not disappoint with pressure point relief when side sleeping. Great support also for stomach sleepers. You cannot go wrong with this mattress! This is the best investment I've made for myself in years! Highly recommend!

Very disappointed in spending this much money on a mattress that hurts my body so bad to sleep on and can't even return it. There is nothing level on it, it's stiff in some spots and super soft in others. You would think with a price tag like that it would feel like a luxury bed. I will never ever buy another stearns and foster again as this was my second one after exchanging a different one because it was ungodly uncomfortable. Their is no way the same mattresses are in the store than being sold. And I am well past the break in period so my body doesn't just need to adjust.

The velvety material and quality of handles on the side. I couldn't wait. It's an all in one so no box spring was needed. As soon as I laid on it, I was on cloud 9. The quality is definitely luxurious, I've never had a mattress fell and look the way this one does. The price is right for the quality for sure. The first night I slept on it I woke up feeling refreshed! My husband said the same thing. I would absolutely highly recommend this mattress to anyone! Not to soft and not to hard!

I was scared when I sat on it how much it sinks in and it is definitely the softest mattress I've ever owned, but my sleep was amazing! It is so soft and you sink in quite a bit and as a side sleeper I thought it might not be comfortable all night. Instead of not being comfortable I had one of the most restful sleeps ever. Even my Oura ring next morning showed me that my sleep was excellent and that there was barely any movement all night.

I had a Stearns and Foster mattress for over 20 years, it was the highest end mattress you could get at the time. We always loved it. We just moved into our new house and I decided to update our mattress and box springs/foundation. The new mattress and foundation were riddled with defects and issues. I have had to replace 3 different box springs/foundations as the foundations had torn coverings on the bottom or they were poorly put together, The mattress has been replaced once as there was a defective bulge on the side. I received a replacement foundation this week and a replacement mattress. And as I continue this nightmare both items received were defective as well. The mattress has a bulge on the left side of the foam encasement (would never pass any inspection by a mattress quality expert). The foundation does not lay flat, it rocks from one side to the other. I keep telling the customer service reps that there is a quality problem they are experiencing as they keep delivering me defective product after defective product. I wish I had my old mattress back.
