The velvety material and quality of handles on the side. I couldn't wait. It's an all in one so no box spring was needed. As soon as I laid on it, I was on cloud 9. The quality is definitely luxurious, I've never had a mattress fell and look the way this one does. The price is right for the quality for sure. The first night I slept on it I woke up feeling refreshed! My husband said the same thing. I would absolutely highly recommend this mattress to anyone! Not to soft and not to hard!

After just two night I feel no pain , no tiredness in the morning and just feeling good. This is queen size with medium tight top. I absolutely loved this mattress. The color is very beautiful and the quality is great. Great sleeping is very important after a hard working day. I highly recommend this.

But once I lay down on this bed, the support and comfort it offers is 2nd to NONE! I am amazed! My back pain has lessened and I wake up feeling more rested each day than with my previous mattress. I don't toss and turn and wake up all night anymore. I highly recommend this mattress for anyone with back issues like nerves pinched, sciatica or even just frequent muscle spasms and such. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was shocked when I received this Queen sized Stearns & Foster Reserve Medium Tight Top. This mattress is the thickest mattress I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping on! First of all, it's HEAVY! It took me and my husband dragging it up our house's stairs to get it into our bedroom. The sewn in handles on the sides makes it slightly easier to move, but it's still super heavy. Once we got it on the bed frame, I noticed that since the mattress is so thick, it covers up half the headboard! That's not a complaint, as the thickness is what makes this mattress so comfortable! There are sewn in grooves and waves in the top of the mattress that give it this pillow feeling when you lay down. Both me and my husband weren't disturbed when we tried moving around as the other person laid still. The mattress works well at absorbing movements. Also, not that you'll see it when you have bedding on it, but the deep blue color of the mattress is gorgeous. I do think a deep pocket sheet set would work better than a standard queen sized set. I'm excited that this is now my new bed, I feel almost spoiled! I will keep telling my friends and family that Stearns & Foster is worth the hype and the money!

I was really surprised with the Stearns & Foster Reserve Soft Pillowtop. First, it's the thickest mattress I've ever slept on. Do buy deep fitted sheets to cover this. Second, it's not bouncy. My husband getting in bed next to me barely affected my side of the bed. Lastly, it's incredibly soft, but I am supported and slept comfortably. Because I never trust soft mattresses to h support me when I'm sleeping, I would not have picked this out in the store. This trial has changed my mind. This mattress is amazing. I would recommend it to everyone, even those who are used to sleeping on firm mattresses.

The high mattress made me giggle, but we love it. The material looks very well made, which we love. As for the actual sleep of the mattress, it's very comfortable. The first few nights of sleep, I woke up with zero pain, which was terrific. Now the top is slightly softer than I assumed when hearing firm. The sides dip down a bit more than I would like as well. And we think it may sleep a bit warmer than our old mattress. We love the mattress, though, and are thrilled to see how we keep liking it over the next few months. Last night was the best sleep we have had since coming home from Hawaii. We woke up rested, refreshed , ready for the day. Beyond a shadow of a doubt this is the best mattress we have owned. The old adage is true You get what you pay for, in this case it is a luxurious well made mattress worth every penny we spent.
