We got the kit 4 months ago , the boxes were in perfect condition. We had 2 young men put it up for us. They were amazed how good the materials and hardware were. Every screw and bolt holes lined up perfectly. This is a well made greenhouse and we highly recommend it

Great COMPLETE KIT THAT INCLUDED EVERYTHING AND GREAT INSTRUCTIONS AND WITH BILT APP IT WAS EAY TO COMPLETE.

I bought my 9x6 greenhouse early this summer. I am so pleased with it. We were not missing any pieces your book of instructions was so organized. It was great. I enjoyed building with my husband and I love using it now that we are done.

My 83 year old husband built the Bellarosa 11x7 foot greenhouse. I posted updates on Instagram and had over a thousand viewers! The greenhouse is beautiful and so much fun to be in.I can't say enough about the quality, step by step instructions and all the accessories that come with it.

Bought this a month ago and we have been working on putting it together . We ended up placing on a raised deck platform so had the advantage of a solid and flat space. The wood portion of kit and hardware design is amazing. The instructions for the most part are very thorough and if you add the 3d BILT app it is easy to deal with most questions. This is a BIG kit and we also "sealed" it with Superdeck clear sealer first which took A LOT of time. Boxes are packed very efficiently but pieces are spread out all over the boxes so don't think there is a method to which box. Each box does have a packing list of what is in the 10 boxes. METAL finishing trim and flashing is probably the only thing I would say could be improved. We had issues with the metal overlap on the edges, but found it was some inconsistencies of poly channel placement. Was not their fault, but it was the biggest frustration of the build. When you get to the very end of the kit and are dealing with the roof you need 3 people and ladders. Getting the roof up there is a bit of a struggle and definitely take them at their word that getting it squared up in advance is important. The company was very good about responding online to requests and sending replacement pieces. There were only 3 pieces out of this huge kit that needed replacing. Inspect all pieces when you sort so that you don't get held up for something damaged or missing. I was shocked that there were NO missing pieces. I would totally purchase another product from them and totally recommend them. This kit could be overwhelming for casual do it yourselfers.

We could not be happier with this greenhouse so far. Assembly was easy with the detailed manual provided. Pieces went together smoothly. All parts were labeled and nothing was missing. The quality is unmatched for any assembled item we have received ever. Looking forward to filling it with plants soon!

I am so impressed with this structures strength, appearance (beauty), and components. The company that built it for me was equally impressed. In fact, it has created more jobs for him by displaying his skill set. I could not be happier. I'm actually thinking of hanging a chandelier in it and placing a bistro set so I can have my morning coffee in the greenhouse as I work. It's that big. Thank you so much for such a premium pieced kit.

I absolutely LOVE everything about my Bellerose greenhouse! Simple to follow instructions, so easy to put together. It was so fun to build since all the separate pieces are clearly labeled and have all the pilot holes already in place. I don't know Spanish, but I was able to follow the Spanish instructions without a problem (we misplaced the English version!). There is even an app that talks you through every step. The only hard part is deciding what size greenhouse to get. 10/10 have been recommending to everyone!!

Love my little greenhouse! We got the 9x6 and it took hubby about a week to build! I assisted in gathering parts for each step and my hubby would have all he needed in a small bin minus the wood pieces. I also assisted with the heavier pieces once up. I will say they send you everything separately labeled which makes such a difference than having to organize yourself! Sorting the wood is definitely recommended, as well as waterproofing which I am glad we read on the reviews to do. We are planning on restaining again soon now that it's up. So excited for fall :)

I have high expectations for everything I buy and almost never have those expectations met. However, this product exceeded my expectations in every way. A very nearly flawless design and manufacture. As others have pointed out, the instruction manual is very well-written. Everything fit, nothing was missing, and the quality of the lumber is excellent.
