Fix the download process!

Every year the software download gives me issues. I have yet to complete the software download on the 1st or 2nd try.

not great

not really easy to use. it tells you what line has an error but doesn't explain why it's an error. on line chat window was less than helpful also.

Why cant turbo tax business transfer from my quickbooks online that costs $600+ per year?? you are the same company!!
