The p[rogram is great except with trying to track entries. Could not find how the program came up with the figures.

Using Turbo tax is easy and must be satisfactory to the IRS because I have never been audited or asked to explain my tax submission.

I have been using Turbo tax for years and it still is a very easy software to use, customer for life!

There isn't enough helpful information in the software to be able to figure out how to answer the yes no questions

Very easy to use year over year. The Shareholder basis did not carry over from last year so check that please.

Double charged for defense coverage. When we purchased TT, we were supposed to get free defense covers. TT charged us again.

There were errors in printing, and some areas of the forms that were very convoluted. Not as good as last year.

Continue to get ERROR: 190 code when try to open saved copy of completed Turbo Tax application and pullup choices don't show latest saved version.

This works as expected and I won't use anything else, but we really need a Mac version. I have one windows machine I fire up once per year.

The tax people who helped me were awesome. This was the first time I have ever done my taxes. It was better than I expected.
