It was easy to use and helpful. The two people I spoke with for assistance were very nice and helpful.

Not nearly as helpful as personal products. Limited explanations and sometimes applies values from federal to state in error (double counting).

TurboTax isn't bad, but the tax code sucks. It would be nice if there were hyperlinks to the relevant IRS pubs, rather than just references.

Where do I start? Error messages on input that is not in error, circular ,logic, bad or no documentation, impenetrable support.

Product is perfect for my small business. My business is newer and small, Turbo Tax made it relatively easy to complete federal and state taxes.

The federal tax return software is excellent, loaded with great Q&A information every step of the way.

Solid guidance and questions. But little guidance on selecting and weighing options. Didn't like the nasty surprise of needing to pay for a state.

I would give you 5 out of 5 stars but I find your help to, largely, be of no help and loaded with unnecessary information that just wastes time.

Reliable year in and year out. I use many products, including TurboTax, Pro Connect, Quickbooks Online and Desktop.
