There were several procedure changes, which required some research to untangle, from last year. Got it finished, now have serveral more to do.

I have been using Turbo tax for years and it still is a very easy software to use, customer for life!

Generally pretty good but I have used it in forms mode for years. In the step-by-step mode, its non functional for a Farm Trust.

Where do I start? Error messages on input that is not in error, circular ,logic, bad or no documentation, impenetrable support.

Simple and easy to use. I had collected all of my receipts and organized them in a spreadsheet, making it so easy to enter the totals into TurboTax.

TurboTax for Business requires too much manual information entry from previous year. It should be more automatic like personal TurboTax.

Turbo Tax experience was excellent. So easy to use and it walks you through, so you won't miss anything!

Great product, accurate fast, very easy to use. Penalty calculation on Ca state return a little too involved.

Not that smooth with the estate taxes. It needed more information on what form to choose when submitting electronically. I just guessed.
