Turbo Tax is easy to use with simple questions and explanations if the user is not sure on a topic. Loved the ease of use.

Reliable year in and year out. I use many products, including TurboTax, Pro Connect, Quickbooks Online and Desktop.

The fact that you have to download an application that is ONLY available on Windows is a bit ridiculous. Its hard to find and hard to use

Overall it is difficult for a person that is not an accountant to use. Very cryptic and difficult to understand a lot of the questions asked.

It was awesome and i really liked how it asked for each and every tax question possible to make sure my taxes were filed correctly

California business taxes for 2024 is a disaster; much of the information I had to type in multiple times

Not as good as Personal TurboTax. Had to find workarounds for several simple things instead of step-by-step taking care of it.

Product is perfect for my small business. My business is newer and small, Turbo Tax made it relatively easy to complete federal and state taxes.

In years previous, TurboTax has made mistakes and caused me to have to pay additional fee's for unpaid taxes.
