Every year I'm having to make more and more manual adjustments to the return. This year I had to manually transfer some items from last year's return. Turbo tax, if you are listening, please try harder and work with greater care.

Great for small businesses. There are definitely bugs in the system, but enough people use turbotax that there are forums with answers online. We tried the TurboTax help, but in general, they are quite useless and online forums seem to know more.

Every year you change everything and hard to follow. Now your app will only print less than half size, I have tried everything and will not print. My state requires return to be mailed.

Correcting errors very frustrating, not enough information/details provided, I had to research several things. I paid for the tax guarantee/defender yet when I went to file, it wanted me to pay again, system should know that I had already paid.

Difficult time fixing errors due to lack of specifics. Also payment options and links were hard to understand and get to, particularly after returns were filed.

The Turbotax Advantage assistance along with using Glance I received for Partnership Form 1065 was extremely helpful and the mannet in which my issue was resoved gave confidence the information and directions were accurate and correct.

Overall the product is good. But if i make a mistake in filling up the basic information and it gets registered in the worksheets... it is not possible to change the answers on the final forms even if i make changes to my answers to basic questions.

Software is easy to use. However, it wouldn't allow me to import my data file from QuickBooks so I had to manually enter the data. This feature needs to be improved.

I love how it pulls data from the prior year - this saves a lot of time and also shows a comparison year over year so you can get reminded as to what you inputted the prior year.

I wish I would of used Turbo Tax instead of my accountant for the past several years. Their resources are amazing and the accountants you can call and talk to are very knowledgeable.
