Generally, a great product. Some areas could use more clarification eg whether tax exempt interest dividends are entered as tax exempt interest; fixing balance sheet issues.

No way to import Quick books online, but they force you to migrate to QBO! This is more a problem with Quickbooks online and their push for SAAS. If you try to use the online version, it is more than double the desktop version.

I use Turbo Tax for my personal Tax returns, but this is the first time I used Turbo Tax for Business. It was very intuitive and easy to use. It walked me thru' all the necessary steps. It is a great tool for small businesses.

A few questions I had could not be answered via help feature requiring additional time spent finding answers. Overall, gets the job done without too much time spent.

Better than prior years. The pre-file error check actually worked this time and the program didn't ask me to correct a bunch of items after I clicked the button to e-file the return.

I wish this program was available for Mac and not just PC. I had trouble getting it to print without getting an error message. I had to go to the Form and print each separately for the K-1. Not sure if it is the program or my printer software.

Have used the program several years. its a decent program They still need to implement a way to add statement that IRS requires without having to use the online version

The question and answer format easily guided me through filing a return for a trust. Next year, hopefully it works as well when there are distributions and K1's to tackle.

Kelp getting "Error: 2". Could not electronically file my Form1065. I was forced to mail it. I did some reseerch in TurboTax, but no help. Not happy with this.

Overall I think TurboTax is easy and user friendly, it guides me step by step and has tons of easy to access information on the page if I don't understand something. It helped me get the job done effectively and efficiently.
