Well considering I have never done a Trust return and my mother passed away this year, this made the process a lot easier. I did have to google a lot of terminology though.

The Federal works well, once it's downloaded. I do miss the days of being able to buy a hard copy (CD) The State is glitchy and doesn't work well. It is nice to have everything transfer over from the previous year.

I did need to call in. I got Melody and she was great. Together we were able to figure out where my 2023 tax file was so that I could get it loaded up into the computer.

I would be lost without Turbo Tax! I have a few small businesses and Turbo Tax makes inputting taxes and doing the balance sheet so easy to understand and use. It integrates with quickbooks and is just amazing!

Turbo Tax is the only software system I will use Very easy to use and they ask all the right questions. I feel secure. Unfortunately, this year I was unable to get the Audit Defense to load.

This year's program is a little less stable. Crashed or stopped loading more than once. Had to download updates from your web page once, they didn't automatically apply.

The Business addition of Turbo Tax is very complicated to use for a family with just a Supplemental Trust for a person with a disability. There should be a simpler program for a supplement trust.

Had form not available yet and when it was there was very little guidance...printing problems trying to print the returns for my files...depreciation worksheets kept giving me a crash error

It printed the wrong CA LLC form and I had to spend hours trying to resolve this. Should have filled out the state form myself instead of wasting money with Turbo Tax CA State

I've used TTax Individual and TTax Business many years. Business seemed more difficult than usual this year. Too many screens and too many words. I don't want a conversation with AI, i just want the job done.
