Pretty straight forward with support as need. Some confusion experienced with the form 8453-FE, U.S. Estate or Trust Declaration for an IRS e-file Return with a background watermark stating "DO NOT FILE, FORM NOT FINAL, DO NOT FILE"

It is not intuitive on how to go back and edit w-2s and 1099s. also, it would be helpful if you could archive payee for 1099s and employees who were inactive in the current year but may be needed next year.

Many screens are NOT user friendly. Users need to WAIT until the REVIEW process < Forms to add/correct data. Filing a simple Trust return, a difficult time, Turbo Tax was not very helpful.

Terrible, I had to contact someone to purchase turbo tax. I have used turbo tax for over 15 years and always enjoyed it. The person that made the decision to only have online purchase should be fired.

The program is similar to other TurboTax programs I have used. Fix the area where you ask to proceed to prepare a state return. Texas does not require a state return so your program should note that and stop asking to process one.

Does what is required but requires manual input. We should be able to import information from banks and brokerage houses like we can with Home and Business

I have been using this program for 10 years and This is the worst I have ever encountered. It is no longer user friendly nor intuitive. moving around is impossible as you no longer show where you left off and you are stuck on the current page.

The Turbo Tax Agent was wonderful and helped out to the best of her ability. There was a part in the state return that has been reported each year and still has not been corrected. Forcing me to print and file by mail. Scot

Super easy, I've been spending $1,000 each year with a tax preparer who made it seem so complicated I couldn't imagine doing it myself. She retired and I thought I'd give it a go. $180 for the software and I'm done.
