It didn't download right the first time. It starts slow, It's expensive, Should include one state product. Helps in the product are missing a critical points.. Pretty much the same same things I say year after year and the product never changes.

I spoke with Gloria about an issue with a state filing (ended up not needing to file one). She was able to get my issue resolved within a few minutes.

Love Turbo Tax, but you need to tell users they need to adjust the size of the Form 8453 attachment in order for it to transmit correctly upon receiving transmission error type 2.

Thank you for making doing taxes for a small business easy to understand and easy to do. Question explanations are very helpful. Been using Turbo Tax for several years and will continue to use it in the future.

Good experience. Would never return to any other type of filing for my farm business. The Virginiz return is not quite as intuitive and you can make a wrong turn if not careful

Expensive and does not work with quickbooks online; which is the whole reason I paid for QBO. Does not e-file state taxes or give instructions on what to do with state, but does cost $50.

it was horrible. I was never able to complete my taxes. Turbo tax kept flagging things that weren't even relevant. I finally had to get a friend to help me complete my taxes. To be fair the Turbo Tax personal taxes are much better.

You show adjusted depreciation values, but you don't show how the value was calculated. Need to show the logic on how you arrived at the number. Also, didn't carry over the correct values from my previous return.

TurboTax is great, the only issue I have is it will not Import from Quickbooks Online version. C'mon Intuit, do better. Maybe next year you'll have your products connected?
