TurboTax was great! Thank you for following thru with the partnership forms from our state of CT. Wasn't released until today March 14th & we have to file by March 17th so thank you!!!

Updating the software took multiple tries and much more time than expected. Opening documents into PDF did not function. Fixing errors identified by the program was difficult.

TurboTax is very easy to use. It is also thorough for most tax situations. I have been using it for 10 years. It makes S Corp filings very manageable.

The agent we spoke with was very helpful except he could not resolve the issue with NJ e file. The agent took his time and did not rush to get me off the line.

The Federal works well, once it's downloaded. I do miss the days of being able to buy a hard copy (CD) The State is glitchy and doesn't work well. It is nice to have everything transfer over from the previous year.

I wish I would of used Turbo Tax instead of my accountant for the past several years. Their resources are amazing and the accountants you can call and talk to are very knowledgeable.

i had to switch from TTOnLine for business to the desktop model - it is unfortunate that prior years info cant be imported. the desktop version was easy to use - glad to be on it now

It took less than 4 hours with TTBZ. This year it seems it was more well put together than in the last couple of years, but I've been using TT for more than 20.

Very good product. Somewhat expensive.!! The state softeware is not at the same level. Turbotax should be offering long times customers meaningful discounts

I personally using Turbo Tax business and home versions for couple of years, very user friendly and its a product for people who have experience and understand how tax works
