NC State Tax filing is little confusing . Payment made with extension cd-419 , not clear instructions about how to apply payment made with the extension.

Been using for many years. Everything went well with this year's version. Only exception was I could not back up to unselect 179 in depreciation and had to delete the entry and re-enter.

Pretty easy to get through. Can be a good tool to help organize your accounts in whatever financial software you are using (Quicken, Quickbooks, etc)

Turbo Tax Business does not handle multiple member LLCs well. It will not accept Disregarded Entities (Trusts) as LLC members to file electronically. You have to print Federal and State tax returns and file by mail. Not user friendly.

Overall good but sometimes the step by step isn't intuitive. Also does not import data from Quickbooks Online. Finally where there are unusual circumstance it won't allow e-file especially for State Returns.

TurboTax seemed to work better this year than last. I bought the business version. Have yet to start my personal taxes, I just hope it flows at seamlessly.

I had difficulty ordering and downloading the product for estates (trusts) which resulted in three $180 charges. I contacted TurboTax support and she was able to put in a refund request for 2 of the 3. Waiting 5-7 business days to see the refunds.

Software has evolved as a more complex program that forces user to use the paid Tax prep option which is expensive. The software was not created for this purpose, Also Tax professionals are not knowledgeable in Tax prep to quickly help

Too complex and lacks useful help. It is buggy and questions regarding forms are not clear lacking explanation. Reviews seem not to correlate with the entries.

The Turbotax Advantage assistance along with using Glance I received for Partnership Form 1065 was extremely helpful and the mannet in which my issue was resoved gave confidence the information and directions were accurate and correct.
