Your lack of integration with your own QuickBooks Online continues to be a MASSIVE disappointment - but it's not a surprise. You continue to charge insanely high fees (for both products) and provide poor service and desired zero upgrades.

Disappointed its not compatible with QuickBooks 2021. Wouldn't import my QB file. Another ploy to force you to upgrade and or pay a subscription fee. I had to enter manually. Other than that it was fine.

I always find the TurboTax easy to use and reliable, but this year I was almost finished with my return when the program crashed and lost all my data; I had to re-do the entire return.

Please develop this software for a Mac. My world revolves around Macs and iPhones. I had to buy a Windows computer just to complete this 1041. The new/different operating system was excruciatingly difficult to remember/use.

I used Turbo Tax for business. Somehow I typed something that made the shares wrong. There was no place to fix it. I ended up deleting the entire document and starting over again because I couldn't find online help to fix shares.

Overall good but sometimes the step by step isn't intuitive. Also does not import data from Quickbooks Online. Finally where there are unusual circumstance it won't allow e-file especially for State Returns.

It was so easy to prepare my taxes! There were a few calls to the tax pros where I needed some clarification with the returns. The wait time was short and they were all very helpful.

Turbo Tax walked me through the filing process step by step and gave detailed explanations to questions I had. This took some of the stress away from filing.
