For the price its a very good set. I thought the instructions were too vague but I managed to figure it out. I'd buy it again.

Nice machine but if your over 5'9 you won't have a full range of motion. I'm over 6 feet and while doing a standing bicep curl bar stops at my hips. Also the tight fit while sitting down.

I love this gym. It works your entire body. You can feel it working.
