I bought four of these as I meal prep my lunches on Sunday's. I've had two of them break at the hinges. I didn't post a review when the first one happened as I thought it may just have been a manufacture error but to have two break is a bit ridiculous. The other thing I don't like about it is that it isn't leak proof. You can't have something like yoghurt in one of the smaller compartments and a sandwich in another as the yoghurt will leak into the compartment with the sandwich in it. For a product that is as expensive at it is it is not something I'm happy with it be spending money on again.

I've had 4 different bentgo boxes for my kids over 7 years. New ones were bought this year, the "adult lunch bentgo box", and these, with the single long closure, leak inside! With the 2 new boxes, canned pears leaked so much that the peanuts next door looked like they were swimming! And no, it was not so full, it overflowed when closing. The applesauce will also leak out of its spot. PLEASE bring back the OLD DESIGN!

Very sturdy, and has a good seal. Just really expensive for a container. It’s also very pretty and the compartments are nice for portion sizing out your meals. Just once again, pricey.

Love the lunch box. I used to bring one item for lunch. Boring … now it’s a variety of items together. Since I commute with a full backpack, all the food keeps its shape and stays separate! Very convenient!!

Wanted to love these but the outer portion is hard to clean because it doesn’t detach so the back hinge ended up breaking. Less than a few weeks of use.

I really like the size and sturdiness. The problem is that the tiny plastic hinge broke after about a week and a half. It isn’t strong enough for the size of the lunchbox. This happened to our last Bentgo too.

I am thrilled with the size of the divided compartments. I am disappointed that only the child sized Bentgo has the space for the ice pack. This limits the food I can take with me when hiking.

This works well, keeps things separate and is aesthetically pleasing. However, it’s so hard to close. I bought two and only this one is hard to close. I think something is warped.

I heard of bentgo when I won a contest with them and I absolutely love all of their products. They are perfect for my lunches and I can’t wait to order more items from them.

This broke within a week of using it for school for a 4th grader. Not sure I’m within a window of return but I doubt it. This is flimsy compared to the little kid ones. He didn’t want a kid design or bright color so that’s why I got the modern one.
