I purchased two modern lunchboxes for my grandchildren because our previous purchases were phenomenal. I appreciated the sections that did not spill over. However, this new one does not work as effectively. The salsa and juices from the fruit leak over onto the chips and cookies, respectively, causing them to be soggy. I hope you are able to rectify the issue because I have used your products for a few years and absolutely loved it. Let me know when this issue is resolved. Until then, I will revert to last years product.

We love bentgo items but had to get a "non-baby looking" lunch box. I was worried that the top did not open all the way flat, but seems to be ok for my boys. The adjustable compartment moves and unfortunately my son lost it. However when I called their customer service was amazing and said they'd replace it. Thank you!

I did need to carry flatware separately, which I don’t need to do with my usual lunchbox. I like that the inside section can be completely removed to heat food and for washing, The outside gets covered in fingerprints and looks dirty very easily. Bought this for my daughter, starting seventh grade at her junior high. We used it it pretty much every single day of her school year. I was able to put sandwiches, wraps, salads, along with a fruit, a vegetable, and usually some sort of chip all in one container. She loved it!!!

I bought 2 for my kids’ lunch and they are working out very well for us. These Bentgo boxes are spacious and keep my kids lunch cool. I love the little divider because it comes in handy when I like to send them extras. The colors are amazing and we are very pleased.

I bought two of these, and we use them daily for preschool lunches. I love how they seal completely so I can throw them in my son's backpack without any worry of spilling. They're large so I can fit a ton of food in there which is great because some of my past lunchboxes didn't have enough space for a full meal. I also love the way they look-I use one for myself when I need to pack a lunch to go.

We purchased this lunchbox for our middle schooler. The features and benefit that caught our attention were the compartments and hard case, and the use longevity perceived. We’ve purchased many soft-sided “yearly” lunchboxes, various styles; box, bag you name it! So we were hoping to get a couple years out of this one. However, we purchased 8/2022 and 6 months later a very small but obviously important design component failed. You can imagine our disappointment and surprise! But, Bentgo company has proven to be a company of integrity and one which values it’s customer. They have agreed to honor the 2 year warranty by replacing the defective lunchbox! My children love this lunch box because of the stand up lid (doesn't fall down while they are eating - it magically stays up when you open the box). The removable divider is a great feature - especially when you are packing fresh fruits and veggies. The best feature is the secure locking clip - which is easy for my kids to open and keeps their food safe and inside. Highly recommend!
