After owning other bentgos, this one leaves a little to be desired. It feels flimsier, and the individual sections don't seem to seal off as well when it's closed. My kids have complained of yogurt and fruit juice soaking into their sandwiches everything those things are packed together. I'm glad we still have our previous bentgos to use , as these modern ones are our last choice.

Was looking for a replacement for the metal lunch boxes we’ve used and loved for years. My kids’ school recently purchased metal detectors and the metal boxes were slowing them down. This proved to be an excellent alternative with the right amount of space for my secondary students’ lunches.

The thought is there, but the latch is disappointing. The gold piece comes off straight out of the box and my older kids can’t ever get it to go back in. What’s the point of a bento lunch box if it doesn’t stay latched. I expected something better. I love the design, color, modern look, the gold latch is pretty. But the design of the latch needs work.

Overall, I l am loving the Bentgo Modern Lunch Box. It works as described on the website and has been instrumental in helping me to develop healthier eating habits. However, there is one thing that is incredibly disappointing. The outer shows fingerprints and smudges anytime it is touched, even with clean dry hands. This is annoying and really detracts from an otherwise beautiful design. Hopefully, they will correct this with future iterations of the product.

Great box; I was hoping that its thick sides would provide some insulation, but the top and bottom are thin, so it doesn't stay cold on its own very well. It would be perfect if it had some insulation, or a matching insulated bag that could accommodate a cold pack.

Bought this for my son’s lunch box (going into 4th grade), and day 1 he lost the partition inside, and it didn’t come with extras. They market this one as kids can use it, but there needs to be another option where the partitions can’t be removed if kids are using it. That or send extras.

Overall, I like the bento box. It fits a decent amount of food, looks nice, and is easy to clean. The only problem is that the latch that locks the box broke off after just a few uses. I can sort of shove it into place and it holds the box closed, but it shouldn’t have happened.

I love it so much, it’s very sleek and can easily be put in a backpack or purse. You can use it with 3 or 4 openings depending on what you’re having for lunch or a snack tagt day, it’s very convenient. It snaps closed very easily and keeps your food in place. I love that you can take out fur tray and microwave your food and it’s super easy to clean. I can’t say enough about it, I just love it so much I bought 4 lol

Love these boxes for the big kids and the grown ups! My only wish is that they came in PINK!!! My daughter loves pink, but had to settle for mint green since sister had the purple. Make more colors please- hot pink would be awesome. I would buy pink too!

Decent capacity, and it looks pretty good. Otherwise it's not the best. The material is quite brittle compared to the plastic used in the kids bentos, and there is a lot of unused space in the shell. So it could have either been smaller with the same capacity or even larger inside if they had made better use of the space. I honestly wouldn't have purchased this one if there had just been a scaled up version of the Kids Chill
