My daughter loves the orchid color with brass clasp and the Bentgo Modern keeps her food for being crushed in her backpack (they don’t use lockers). She likes the convenient food storage and reduced waste since no plastic bags are needed. I like that the tray is dishwasher safe too! Only improvement would be for the adjustable food divider to fit a little more snug when in use…easy for kids to misplace.

I have been a Bentgo mom for the past 6 years. It is perfect for those picky eaters and it keep their lunches intact. I also recently had an issue with the lunch box Bentgo breaking off the hinge. I reached out to the Bentgo helpdesk and they have been beyond exceptional in their customer service.

I currently use the Bentgo modern lunchboxes for my fifth graders, and we’ve been using some version of these lunchboxes since kindergarten! We believe in a trash for lunch in this provides us a fantastic option for packing everything they need and one container that creates no trash. In the main compartment, I typically do sandwiches, sushi, some sort of pasta dish, cold pizza, or a wrap. In the small compartments, I usually do fruit in one and veggies in the other but sometimes I’ll do different kinds of cheeses, salami’s, hard boiled eggs, pickles, etc. The quality is outstanding and the customer service is even better.

I bought 2 for my kids’ lunch and they are working out very well for us. These Bentgo boxes are spacious and keep my kids lunch cool. I love the little divider because it comes in handy when I like to send them extras. The colors are amazing and we are very pleased.

I bought 4 of these for my 4 children. I use them every time I pack their lunches. They’re very handy for packing different types of foods in one container without the foods running together (who wants strawberry juice leaking onto their sandwich bread). One word of caution: my one son dumped his container over the trash can and didn’t realize the divider piece falls out, so we lost that almost right away. But, it is still nice for the divider piece to move so you can fit differently sized foods. The boxes do make their lunch bags heavier than normal. But my 4 year old can still carry it just fine. The cost was hard up front (and especially since we bought 4!) but overall I have found it worth it. We now don’t have a bunch of random plastic containers and don’t have to worry about finding the matching lids! Also, we had an issue with one of the latches breaking off and they are sending us a new box!

My kids use Bentgo Modern lunch boxes for school. Recently, the clips broke off a couple of the lunch boxes. I contacted the company to see if I could buy some replacement clips. Unfortunately, you can't buy the clips on their own... Imagine my surprise when the company offered to replace both lunch boxes completely!! All I had to do was send in a couple pictures of the broken parts, and Bentgo took care of everything else. Thanks Bentgo. Great customer service!

So bought this last Christmas for my teen daughter with a case, ice packs, and utensils. Although the insert is high quality (stands up well in the micro, doesn't stain, easy to clean), the box itself is NOT...I ONLY washed it maybe once or twice in the dishwasher and after the 2nd time the cheap plastic hinge snapped off when I was closing the lid one day. the hinges are just little knobs....not high qual. Now since it broke I am pretty much forced to buy another one.....

I bought one in September and one in October. The one I bought in October had an issue where the hinges snapped off. Bentgo has been responsive in offering a replacement and generously accommodated me since I no longer had my receipt and offered a replacement in exchange for a review. I suggest hanging onto your receipts until Bentgo upgrades the hinges as I can see this is currently a common issue. Overall my kids love their Bentgos and are having fun packing their own lunches I’m considering getting one for myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for those who like a nice presentation of food. It doesn’t keep anything wet from transferring to the next compartment, but for hard things like carrots and a sandwich, it works well. Also love how simple, modern, and clean the box looks.

We purchased two Bentgo boxes for our son with special needs. The compartments make it easy to send bite sized foods and also makes it very easy for him at lunch time as he only has to open the single latch. They keep cold food cold and warm food warm. The trays are dishwasher safe so easy clean up. Highly recommend!
