I was given my lunch box as a gift and I absolutely love it. I use mine for both cold and warm meals, the tray easily pulls out for the microwave. I like its adjustable compartment and its sleek look. I lost the adjustable compartment piece but Bentgo is helping me out!

I bought it in mint color in August at Target.com, I use it every day for my lunch. Sadly the clasp broke only after a month of purchasing and frankly I am hoping it was a defective bentgo box, becasue I love it! but I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive and quicly replaced my damaged unit.

It's a nice quality and easy to open and shut. I also really like the color and style. Definitely worth purchasing if you or your family take snacks or meals on the go. I’ve had different types of bento boxes (stainless steel, plastic) so I think I knew what I was looking for when I came across this lunchbox. My biggest ask was to have a leak-proof container with enough space for a middle schooler lunch. The Modern Lunchbox met all the criteria. It’s roomy, stylish, easy to clean and mess-free. My only recommendation: remind your kid to not toss the plastic divider in the school’s trash can.

I bought the bentgo modern as an upgrade for my son when it seemed he needed more to eat for lunch each day. This box easily fits adequate portions. We have had some minor issues with leaking, but other than that this box is great and is a favorite for lunch time.

I was washing my new Bentgo box in the sink and the little plastic piece that attaches the lid broke off. I contacted customer service, they responded immediately, and they replaced the box. So unbelievably happy with this company! The modern box is wonderful~

I have three of these for my three daughters. I can pack chips, fruit, apple sauce, a sandwich and some veggies and the moisture from the fruit doesn’t soggy the sandwich bread or chips. Two of the three are doing great, and when I had issues with the third, their customer service team took care of me.

I purchased two Modern 4 compartment lunch boxes for my kids' school lunches. The lunch boxes look and function great besides one slight flaw. It is mostly "operator error" but in the rush of clean-up after lunch period is over, both of the removable dividers have slipped out with the debris in the box and been tossed away into the trash cans. I believe it would be beneficial if there was a small snap or resistance point on the guide/slide that held the divider piece in place; even if turned upside down and tapped to remove debris. Just my thoughts.

Love these lunch boxes! We’ve been purchasing these since my oldest daughter was in kindergarten (she’s in 5th grade now). They’re super convenient and keep food separate and fresh. My only wish is that the company would sell replacement divider inserts for the lunch boxes. The dividers fit snug in the older model boxes but are looser in the newer boxes so within the first couple days of sending them to school with my daughters, the dividers were lost in the trash when they dumped out leftover food. I contacted customer service to inquire about replacement dividers but, unfortunately, they do not sell them individually. However, customer service was very helpful and offered to send one-time replacement lunchboxes for the inconvenience. Very happy with the level of support and resolution I’ve received. We will definitely continue to purchase Bentgo products.

I bought this for my daughters in August. We noticed that one of the boxes had a hard time closing. It seemed like the insert was too big for the box, although with a little pressure it would close. 3 months of use and the prong that acts like a hinge broke off. I contacted Bentgo with images of the defect. Although I no longer had proof of purchase they offered to send me a new one to replace the broken one. I'm guessing we had a random manufacture flaw in the one box. My other daughters bentgo box closes smoothly and has had no issues so far. They're easy to clean and unless you put something runny like yogurt in them, the compartments won't leak into each other.
