These bento boxes are the very best for my teen boys they hold up wonderfully and enough space for bigger people portions! However the removable divider is constantly getting lost and you can’t buy replacements through the site, so you have to buy a whole new box (which is really frustrating!!) please Bentgo think about some type of solution or sale this small piece as a replacement. I will also say the top does get a little scratched up in their bags as well , but not enough to need a new one.

I was washing my new Bentgo box in the sink and the little plastic piece that attaches the lid broke off. I contacted customer service, they responded immediately, and they replaced the box. So unbelievably happy with this company! The modern box is wonderful~

My daughter has used this bentgo lunch box regularly for the last year. The gold and orchid are a very pretty color combination. It has held up well with frequent use and washing, and is leak-proof! This container is useful for older kids as it fits a full size sandwich and has two larger side/snack compartments as well. There is also a removable divider for the biggest compartment which comes in handy depending on what we are packing for lunch that day.

My daughter asked for a bentgo lunch box for a long time after she saw videos of others using the product. We have tried many brands and products but they were poorly made, leaked, were sizes that did not work in reality, so I was hesitant to add more to the graveyard of bad products. She now has the modern lunch box, the snack container, and the classic stackable, and used them all year long to pack her own lunches. They are sturdy and don’t leak. Having her excitedly pack her own lunch is the best part. Also, customer service is very responsive and helpful (we lost a part!)

We purchased one for each family member. We are so glad we did, as it is great quality. Food stays fresh and the seal keeps food from spilling from one section to another. The movable divider is great. My only request would be for them to sell replacement parts, as with young kids we’ve lost two of them.

I recently bought the Bentgo modern life lunchbox #2. I love it but have lost the plastic divider that fits in the main section, I think it accidentally went in the bin! It would be great if I could purchase a new divider, but they are not available for purchase. Without the divider, the wrap/small sandwich moves in the large section and falls apart

I have been a Bentgo mom for the past 6 years. It is perfect for those picky eaters and it keep their lunches intact. I also recently had an issue with the lunch box Bentgo breaking off the hinge. I reached out to the Bentgo helpdesk and they have been beyond exceptional in their customer service.

I have been using my beloved Bentgo box almost daily for close to 9 months. This week, the hinge chipped on the lid. This normally wouldn’t be a big deal, but now the lid falls off really easy. I reached out to Bentgo customer service to figure out what to do. Since my Bentgo is still under warranty, they’re sending me a replacement. I am so impressed with both the product and the customer service (thanks, Abby!).

I bought 4 of these for my 4 children. I use them every time I pack their lunches. They’re very handy for packing different types of foods in one container without the foods running together (who wants strawberry juice leaking onto their sandwich bread). One word of caution: my one son dumped his container over the trash can and didn’t realize the divider piece falls out, so we lost that almost right away. But, it is still nice for the divider piece to move so you can fit differently sized foods. The boxes do make their lunch bags heavier than normal. But my 4 year old can still carry it just fine. The cost was hard up front (and especially since we bought 4!) but overall I have found it worth it. We now don’t have a bunch of random plastic containers and don’t have to worry about finding the matching lids! Also, we had an issue with one of the latches breaking off and they are sending us a new box!
