I bought 4 of these lunch boxes for my kids and 3 have broken hinges. My kids have also told me that they are not leak proof as the juices from their strawberries (not in the removable compartment part) leaked into other compartments.

My kids all love their lunch box and they use it everyday, no problem for years. Bought mine in a cute purple, uses it 5 times, and it’s brocken. Really disapointed.

I bought the lunchbox in November, and six months later a crack appeared, which has been getting worse. It’s a shame because I am no longer in the USA and cannot go to the store to claim the warranty. :(

I bought this lunch box for my 3yr old for his daycare and it's been so hassle free! I can prep his lunch and have all his favorite snacks fit all in one. The leak proof lid actually is leak proof! I have tried othet brands and have been disappointed, however this one was great!

I'm a big fan of function and design. These have both. I love the size of each compartment for my kids (3yo and 1yo). They both eat a hardy meal at their daycare - AM snack, Lunch, and PM snack. We're able to fit one of their snack time meals and lunches. I serve a lot of hot food plus fresh fruit or veggies, so it's important to me that a container is leak-proof and can keep food separate in one go. Most of all, I love the design. My 3 year old LOVES it and this it's very cool.

My kids have really enjoyed these lunchboxes this year. I got the Modern Lunch Box for my 8th and 10th graders and they like that they are a little more grown up. There are two main problems. One is that we lost the dividers for one of the lunchboxes within the first week. My kids usually flip their lunch boxes over to dump in the trash at the end of lunch, and we are guessing that she didn't realize the divider fell out. Bentgo doesn't sell replacement dividers. My second issue is that they can be difficult to close. One of them in particular seems to be a little misshapen and it is tricky to get it closed. My elementary school student has a different model that closes easily. I would definitely recommend this lunchbox but just be aware of its issues. It is almost perfect!
