The pillow top is so comfortable, I sleep like a baby!

Found this bed to be quite uncomfortable and painful, which is fine, because I was told I would have a hassle free return. WRONG. I put in my request for a return on 6/26 and still no pick up (and the customer is to pay for shipping so why is it so difficult?)!!!!! I talk with customer service and they are rude and keep pushing out the dates on when to expect a response even though I have repeatedly told them how upset and frustrated I am by this. Hopefully, I can dispute the charge from the bed with the bank because I am pretty sure their return is a scam. Also, they keep saying how slammed they are and it makes you wonder, why so many returns? Better to look elsewhere!

I was not able to test this mattress so I relied on the manufacturer rating to make my purchase decision. So, on a scale of 1 to 10 (with a 10 being the most firm), this mattress was rated (by the manufacturer) at a medium comfort level between 4 and 5; however, it feels more like a very firm 8 or 9. Unfortunately, I don't think this unexpected extra firmness will work well for a side sleeper like myself. My advice would be to make sure you can test this mattress yourself and do not rely on the manufacturer's rating to make your purchase decision. My only hope is that, ove time, it will soften enough so I will be able to "comfortably" sleep on my side.

WOW! Luxurious, supportive, not too firm or soft, helped my hip pain, kept me cool, woke up refreshed. Thank you Stearns & Foster, to all the stitchers, and all who made this mattress! Unfortunately after 3 months our mattress started sagging in the center on both sides. Stearns recommended that we rotate the bed and "the indentations will even out over time." We then rotated our mattress every 4 months and one year later the mattress is unusable. I only weigh 125lbs and my husband is 165lbs. We have a steel base with rigid cross bracing. They would not warranty the bed due to the slats not being 3" wide.

I first used this mattress at my sons home and had the best nights sleep ever. Came home and purshased the twin size and couldn't be more pleased. No more waking up in the night with hot flashes. Mattress cools me as I sleep and is so comfortable. I am a very pleased customer. Can't find anything to complain about. Keep up the good work.

This mattress is very comfortable. We had tried a Temperpedic mattress but was unhappy with it to due excessive heat from the memory foam. Also the edges did not supply the necessary support we were used to. The Stearns and Foster mattress provides the edge support we love and adjusts comfortably on our adjustable bed base. The mattress gives great support for us as older adults. We also find this mattress to craddle us but not hold excessive amounts of heat which provides for a better night rest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this bed for about a month. When I bought this bed I was upgrading to a King size from a Queen size, which was nice like I expected, a lot more room for sharing your bed with someone. It is comfortable and I don't have any complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a Stearns and Foster Studio Medium Tight Top Queen Mattress to review and I couldn't be happier with it. The mattress feels so luxurious compared to other mattresses I've had in the past. The outer material feels thick and substantial and this mattress is COMFORTABLE! Even though it is not billed as a pillow top mattress, it has the cushy feel of a pillow top. It is very supportive for a medium mattress while still having a cozy feel to it. One thing that was really important to me was the mattress be very breathable. My husband tends to sleep very hot, so the wrong mattress can exacerbate that problem. Luckily this mattress sleeps very cool, and that's from our experience sleeping on it in the middle of July. This mattress is also great for couples as you aren't going to be jostled around when your partner moves. I can't even feel it when my husband rolls over in the night. Overall, we love our new mattress.

The firstKing mattress sagged where each of us slept after 3 months (180# each). Got replacement and this also has sagged and results in uncomfortable sleeping. Feels like sleeping in a hammock. Sterns and Foster will not help as we bought from "Mattress Firm". So I guess they dont care about their reputation or quality of this product. I am extremely unhappy with my $ 3000 purchase.
