I used two fruits, cranberry and apples, and both did not juice properly. I had to cut the apples in smaller pieces and still pieces of the apple stuck in the shoot. The cranberry juice had too many seeds and little stems/sticks in the juice. It was just too much waste fruit in the form of froth. Additionally, don’t ever try to use citrus in a juicer of this kind the results will be horrible. Overall I am not pleased with the pleased with the functionality of the juicer therefore I had to return it. I gave a rating of three. because I felt it was easy to clean and put together.

So far I ave used this machine twice and I love it. Setup was easy. It juices my fruits and veggies well and clean up is really easy. I have juiced apples, celery, ginger, kale, spinach, and ginger. I am a novice to juicing, but I am please with this machine. Clean up is also quick and easy.

I am very happy with my juice extractor and came 4 days earlier only the Federal Express driver left the package at the back doorway instead of the front of the building. When I got email that the package delivered I was afraid that someone took it but it was found. Thank you very much for the fast and efficient shipment.

This is a awesome juicer. I love how easy it is to clean as long as you dont let it sit to long. This is the one that you can put a whole apple in. Its nice how it really gives you nothing but the juice. I put a bag in the can where the pulp goes to make clean up easier. Not sure if this will work for a large family. It can, you will have to keep emptying. I hope this review helps. This machine does the job. Just remember put a bag in the pulp can and wash with brush after use to make life easier.

i bought it today. i used it to make juices. i used: spinach, apples, carrots, cucumber, celery, ginger root, lemon, oranges, aloe vera, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries. it was grounded and provided me 2 gallons of juice which will last 2 weeks if i drink one 8 or 16 oz glass daily. sometimes 2 daily. it was very easy to use and to clean up. i will repost an update after a few months of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Satisfied overall with product, except the engineers left a vent port in the pulp collection container on the top right which allows a considerable amount of pulp to escape when I'm juicing carrots on high speed, carrot juice is my primary use of the machine, and the amount of pulp being expelled is messy and annoying, so to remedy it I stuff a bit of a paper towel in the port and machine at that point performs satisfactorily.

What I found disturbing is that the only part of the machine that makes it a "Juicer" is not covered by the warranty. So the $6 extra I spent for the warranty is a loss from the start. The fact that the Company makes the statement that the Juicer Bowl is so fragile that it cannot be covered under the warranty, makes me believe that they should notify customers of this fact "Before" the sale and not "After the sale" as is the case here.

I Love my juicer I have looked and looked and this one was the best one that stood out for me. I am able to do anything just like the Omega and Ninja. My only thing I dislike was that the back you have to make sure it is on correct because if not the juice will splash on you. Very easy clean up. Love it

I love this juicer! I have used it at least once a week since purchase and it is still going strong! Easy clean up and produces juice with no pulp! The only vegetable that I could say left some pulp was carrots, other than that pulp free juice every-time!

Easy to assimble, juices well, low noise, sturdy, dopped some pieces and no damage. The clean up is so easy. if possible juice at least a 1/2 pitcher to cut back usages. As soon as i finished a glass everyone else wanted on or i didn't make enough! So refreshing 😊
