The juicer works fine. I was just unaware that it would be like disassembling a car motor to clean. Way more parts than I bargained for. Such a pain to clean I don’t want to even use. $80 just thrown away! Maybe should of gotten a self cleaning one instead.

This is my first Juicer. Ive only had it for a couple of weeks so its too soon to give an accurate review. But So far so good. I absolutely love the easy clean up. Great idea to place a grocery bag in the pulp container. And great price for the quality. Down side, I hate to discard all the good fiber.

What I found disturbing is that the only part of the machine that makes it a "Juicer" is not covered by the warranty. So the $6 extra I spent for the warranty is a loss from the start. The fact that the Company makes the statement that the Juicer Bowl is so fragile that it cannot be covered under the warranty, makes me believe that they should notify customers of this fact "Before" the sale and not "After the sale" as is the case here.

i bought it today. i used it to make juices. i used: spinach, apples, carrots, cucumber, celery, ginger root, lemon, oranges, aloe vera, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries. it was grounded and provided me 2 gallons of juice which will last 2 weeks if i drink one 8 or 16 oz glass daily. sometimes 2 daily. it was very easy to use and to clean up. i will repost an update after a few months of use.

I love my juicer from Hamilton Beach! It is powerful, easy to clean and affordable. I purchased the 3 year warranty if anything were to happen so it can be replaced. This juicer is so great I made 3 other friends order too and now we are juicing queens.....

I have had this juicer for less than a year. This morning when I was using the juicer motor started to make strange sounds. The motor sounded like it was running higher than usual. The juicer doesn't sound right and I decided to throw this item away because I do not want to take my chances. I cannot believe my previous juicer (bought at a thrift store) for less than 10.00 lasted longer than this one. My previous one was a Black and Decker (I think).

This is an amazing starter juicer! It helped me to establish a routine to see if it was worth it for me to invest in a more expensive juicer. It juices very fast and the brush makes cleaning super easy. I did invest in a higher quality juicer but I’m still keeping this one for sentimental value! I would definitely recommend starting with something like this because it does require cleaning and time to cut produce. So this will help you see if you will be consistent with juicing.

This juicer is not suitable for juicing citrus fruit such as oranges and lemons. To juice this type of fruit, you have to first peel the fruit which is a real pain. It also waist probably 25% of the juice. It may be fine for some types of fruit and vegetables.

I used two fruits, cranberry and apples, and both did not juice properly. I had to cut the apples in smaller pieces and still pieces of the apple stuck in the shoot. The cranberry juice had too many seeds and little stems/sticks in the juice. It was just too much waste fruit in the form of froth. Additionally, don’t ever try to use citrus in a juicer of this kind the results will be horrible. Overall I am not pleased with the pleased with the functionality of the juicer therefore I had to return it. I gave a rating of three. because I felt it was easy to clean and put together.
