It doesn’t really juice as well as I wish. At least a lot of residue of the fruit and not much juice comes from it.

Great juicer. We have made dozens of juices with no problem. The cleaning tool that comes with the unit is very effective. Great buy!

Love the ability to juice more veggies quickly bc of the wide chute. Very easy to clean and assemble.

Leaves chunks of fruit buts in extracted. This does not happen always. Overall, good. A little expensive for the results I get.

I have tried other juicers and this was the best yet. The juices extraction is great, and it’s easy to put together, to use , and to clean.

The machine is great , works well but after cleaning it over and over again , soaking it in warm soapy water and vinegar, the part that holds the mastication metal piece accumulated juice or food and it down not come out , I had to get rid of my machine because as much as I tried to get rid of that accumulated dry juice - it was not melting , it actually turned black .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This juicer has all the features. Easy to use, clean, and store. It really makes a nice fresh juice without pulp. It takes no time to clean wash and dry. It’s easy to set up and take apart for storage but looks nice enough for the counter.

Just purchased and after assembling realized the food pusher was missing. Of course the customer service number prompts you to go online and fill out an inquiry in which they follow up by saying I’ll get a response in 5-7 days… so in the meantime I guess I’m suppose to use my hands to push the food, hoping I don’t juice one of my fingers? Also juice flows out of the linings of the pulp container which left a huge mess all over my counter and pulp gets all between the container and juicer bowl that you have to completely disassemble to clean. Complete waste of money.

Juices you normally can't get anywhere else. Testing different types of juices for new granddaughter due in February. This juicer is the best new items that should be on any birthday, college, wedding, or baby shower wish list. It is very easy to use, clean, assemble and disassemble. I absolutely love it.
