[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh, my lanta. This beauty is finally here! The color of the mattress is beautiful. I really enjoy that it is dark fabric. The mattress itself is thick and hefty! I have the extra firm, and it certainly is firm, but it's also comfortable. I am generally a side or stomach sleeper and have read that firm is good for support, so I'm excited to continue sleeping on this and hoping it will help. I am obsessed and also extremely blessed.

Again, another defect in BB Black Series one chosen from previous other hybrid too soft..this seems better per store try-on not nearly as good as another expensive brand but AGAIN have to have a redelivery due to close inspection of holes from dimples on top to hold top down sewn with white thread clearly rips from the same or ? Called for new replacement. Very tired of buying mattresses within price range that don't compare in quality to higher end brands, unfortunately.

My previous mattress was medium firmness and became lumpy so fast that I haven’t slept well in months. I jumped up to the extra-firm, as the hubby and I are both back/front sleepers, and it has worked out perfectly. I was at first apprehensive due to the “extra” firmness but it has made me a believer. I finally am sleeping well. I appreciate the heft and quality of this mattress. The quilting on the top and sides says quality and it looks like pilling won’t be a problem. There’s handles to adjust when needed and I absolutely love that the fabric is black. No more funky spots if a kid crawls in bed and has an accident (and they’d better not!) The comfort, quality, and support are outstanding. Thank you, BeautyRest!

It's been a while since I've had nights of sleep like I'm having now! I wake up renewed, the color is perfect too! The durability of the product also does not compare with the other brands!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free for testing purposes and immediately noticed the mattress was not as wide as my previous queen! It was stunning to look at but quickly was covered with a mattress protector and sheets, these will have to be purchased new as well as traditional mattress protectors and sheets will NOT fit! I anticipated this potentially happening by be prepared! The comfort level is spot on except my boyfriend is laying on top of me with no room to spare where before with my old queen (a beauty sleep knock off) I had plenty of room!

The carrying handle on the side where your head is came off on one end with only 1 month of being on my bed. It is a no flip mattress so flipping cannot be blamed. I have no idea what caused it but apparently it must be sewed on cheaply. Comfort level a little too firm but I softened it up with a 1 inch foam topper. Purchased for guest room so not really getting the 30 day break in that Big Sandys prepared us for. Appears to be sinking in the middle slightly with minimal sleeping on it, which I don't understand because it's a brand new mattress.

I’ve only been on it for an evening but immediately have the relief I was seeking for my lower back pain. I’m not completely pain free but am able to get out of it without the immense pain I had from my previous bed. I look forward to future nights with this purchase.

I received the extra firm to try out, and I was actually kinda nervous at first that it would be too firm. The first night was indeed an adjustment but by the second night I realized how important it is to invest in a good mattress, I had dealt with insomnia for quite a while in my life and I honestly believe now that my old mattresses were at least 80% of the problem. I don't toss and turn anymore. My neck doesn't hurt in the morning. And instead of having anxiety around bedtime, I actually look forward to going to bed. I literally feel like a goddess ready to take on the world by morning time! I love my beautyrest black and I will be recommending to anyone who will listen!
