The bacon's taste is consistent, but inconsistent shrinking... sometimes minimal, sometimes a good bit between packages... assuming inconsistent fat content...

Good flavor, inconsistent thickness. Some slices where paper thin while others were 1/8 thick. When trying to gauge how long it will take something wrapped in bacon to cook, these slices made that extra challenging.

Only 4 stars because I’d prefer low sodium. But still very good.

The bacon strips are only about 3/4 inch wide. Too narrow. Not a good buy.

I’ll never buy this bacon again. It was impossible to pull off one strip without it ripping apart. Must have been sliced by a beginner.

The bacon is still delicious but was sliced a lot thinner than usual and tears apart when you try to take it out of the package.
