Bacon has a great taste

This is now becoming frequent with this bacon. Inconsistent pieces... they're too thin and inconsistent in term of cut. Too much fat ... or hardly any. Impossible to peel pieces apart to lay out and cook. Great price, but I'm tired of ending up with bacon I'll eat but cannot serve to anyone, because it's so poorly cut. Really bad quality control on your vendor ... and it's almost every time I buy it lately.

Not only was this bacon hard to pull apart (it fell apart, more like), but it shrunk SO much in the pan. It’s just thinly sliced fat, barely any other parts. Like, it tastes good (if you like very fatty pieces) but I’d rather go for something that has more substance or a better balance.

Are you looking for a slab of bacon that doesn’t stay together and is made of mostly fat? Then have we got the product for you! This bacon shouldn’t be called bacon but just shredded pork before it even comes out of the pan. It’s already in pieces and almost impossible to separate from one another. You’ll hate it, your kids will hate it, and you’ll feel like you wasted a bunch of money on 9 pounds of pork fat.
