We love the look of the table however the box for table top arrived severally damaged. Delivery drivers were very helpful in opening the package to check for damage. Unfortunately once I went to put it together I found a dent and chip in the side of the table. Also, one of the chairs has a gauge in the arm. This looks like a manufacturing error not shipping. After contacting Sam's Club the only option they offered was full return or a $10 gift card for my trouble?????? I have bought furniture from another warehouse and never had this type of service. For the price it is hard not to be upset. Debating returning and not renewing membership.

Drove 6hrs round trip today for this set. Get it home and all the chairs are bent on the bottom and one chair the woven back is coming apart. Had my heart set on this set now got to figure out how to return it. They are sold out everywhere so sadly I won’t get a replacement.

great furniture set. Unfortunately it is a long wait and 3 seperate boxes arrive at 3 different times. My 3rd box was unlocatable for a short time so Sams Club wanted me to send back the other two large boxes and they would send again... instead of just sending me the 3rd box (just dumb). I said goodbye, hung up and called back to speak to someone else who called the seller and found out where 3rd box was. Legs and rocks were just dumped in table base box and delivery team flipped the box over to demonstrate the noise (they thought it was broken glass) Yes, they ignored the "this side up" warnings on the box so the rocks and legs tumbled around inside. both table top and base boxes were badly dented and torn in multiple places. since the legs were supposed to be in the chairs box I ca n only assume Sams club sent me a table base that was returned and the owners just threw legs in there when sending it back. There was no hardward to attach the legs, the table top, or the burner protection ring. I can't wait to see what the 3rd box will bring, retuned chairs is my guess. Great Furniture, everything about packaging and delivery was horrible.
