Very well packed, seems to be very well designed and constructed, good instructions and simple assembly. Seats are very comfortable, just the right height for easy in and out of the chairs. Haven't tried the fire table yet (over 100 in Phoenix now) but should be very nice for the cool fall and winter evenings.

Comfortable seating, well constructed

Just received the Table and chair set today. Almost 100% put together. It took me ( a female ) about an hour and a half to unpack, unwrap everything and put the 6 chairs and the feet on the table. I will have to get my husband to help me pick up the table top and place on top of the table base. This so far appears to be a great quality and sturdy product! The only thing was it was delayed in shipping and when it did arrive the packaging was horrible, but luckily there was only a few minor scratches! Very happy with the actual items. Wish this would have been available locally.

Sturdy Table and chairs ...very heavy good quality

This patio set is absolutely beautiful the fire pit in the middle of the table is elegant. The chairs are very comfortable and I like how they all swivel. The shipping experience we had on the other hand may have deterred me from ordering again it has been a headache from the very beginning.

The Heritage 7 pc Balcony Dining Set is beautiful.  It came quickly and well boxed and was a breeze to put together (less than an hour).  The chairs are very comfortable and I love the mid height of the table, not too tall and not too short so it can be used both for dining and just conversation.  The table top is very heavy and the tile is on the grey-ish side and I was worried because we have all tan surroundings but it fits in well.

Glad we bought it!

This is a beautiful set that compliments my patio. Great quality. Took around an hour to put together but instructions made it easy. I had to buy a glass fire shield to keep the flames from going everywhere. I highly recommend this set.

Love this set!

We absolutely love our new set and it looks amazing by the pool.  Sadly due to hubby’s revised reconstructed full hip replacement we weren’t able to get someone to help move it & set it up and have had it a few weeks in our garage.  When the well packed top was taken out of the box and put on the t le we noticed a small chip in the ceramic.   Hopefully it will not chip any further.  Other than that we think this set is without a doubt the nicest we have seen anywhere

The furniture arrived on time and all 3 boxes were in good condition. The delivery was professional and the driver was careful not to damage the large heavy boxes. Assembly was straight forward, but made easier by using my own ratchet wrenches instead of the provided wrenches. There were a few minor scratches on the chair legs from packing, but should be easily touched up. Overall quality is better than expected. The furniture is heavier than expected and looks great. The chairs are comfortable. The table is sturdy and well made. Very satisfied with our purchase.

Very well packaged. Easy to follow instructions to set up.  Took about 4 hours for entire unpack and assemble. Table top is very heavy and two person lift and place best for that. Sturdy and high quality appearance. Does not come with cover anymore. The large AMZ basic cover fits it perfectly. Really like the counter height rather than bar height aspect of this set. Big guy here—easily fit in chairs.

Nice patio set

We love this set! It fits our family of 5. Is comfortable and surprisingly pretty good quality for the price. It's not Chicago wicker, but should last many years. It fits perfectly with our existing wicker. Only gave 4 stars bc the shipping came in a bit ripped and everything was shipped upside down, just a few scratches. Nothing my kids won't do.

Perfect for a family of 5!

Drove 6hrs round trip today for this set.  Get it home and all the chairs are bent on the bottom and one chair the woven back is coming apart.  Had my heart set on this set now got to figure out how to return it.  They are sold out everywhere so sadly I won’t get a replacement.
