I have found that having a dual prebiotic with a probiotic is more helpful than just one of them alone. I do not have bloating after eating. They taste like peaches.

I noticed SIGNIFICANTLY less bloating after about 2 weeks of taking these, I was pleasantly surprised! They are very sweet however which is kind of hard do digest (pun intended) so early in the day

The taste is great it was like a normal gummy candy and totally worth the money spent on it! I liked that it worked so quickly and has fairly clean ingredients. Packaging is easy to open but also great for keeping little hands out of it.

These taste great. Easy to take. They work well, I feel like I had all the benefits they listed while taking. The packaging is a little bulky but it keeps them fresh. Good ingredients and the price is median for these products.

I love that this has made me much more regular in the bathroom, BUT it has done nothing for my bloating and gas, unfortunately. Still a good score for regularity!
