Taste is bad and hard to chew. I like the idea to have pre and probiotics together but they need to improve the taste and consistency

I love these. I was taking omeprazole to help with my stomach problems and indigestion. Since I started taking these probiotics and probiotics I have not had to take omeprazole and I have normal bowel movements.

Instead of helping to keep my digestive track happy, it have me the two steppers one step of the toilet and. One step back on. I stopped then and everything is copacetic.

Not only do they taste amazing, these little probiotics help to keep your digestive system in good working order. I have been taking them for years and I was so happy to see a large portion of them. Serving size is two per day so you can do one in the morning and one in the evening or two at one time, but either way, it is great to get a larger pack of them and for just a couple dollars more than a regular 30 count is!

Saw the reviews and thought I would try these. I previously tried the probiotic gummies and hadn’t realised there was a combined alternative. They taste good and are simple to chew and swallow. I’ve only been taking them for a couple of months, so possibly a little too early for any significant change but I’ve had no side-effects and my gut is happy. That’s the most important thing

Good product. I wish they didnt have the sugar but i guess that's to prevent the gummies from clumping together. A few weeks in and im not noticing a big difference it could be because my plant base supplements already have pre and probiotics naturally in them. Not a bad price, extra insurance for gut health.

Really liked the flavor and ease of access to these in my grocery store. Soft with large sugar granules but melts fairly quickly. The packaging is soft to touch with no hard edges. The dosage is low enough that it doesn't cause any immediate changes in bowels or stomach issues. You have to use for several weeks before you start to notice any changes. But if you leave them in cabinet too long they do start to harden. Best use by expiration dates listed.
