Very comfortable. My back pain is definitely better. It's not to bouncy but not to hard either. Fast delivery. My husband and I love the mattress.

Love it. We had a memory foam mattress for 4 years and our backs were giving us fits. Just a few nights on the Flex and our backs are much better.

The springs are so terrible, they squeak and every toss or turn. They do not provide support at all. Very uncomfortable bed.

Love this bed. It is firm enough so that I sleep on top of it but has enough of a memory foam feeling for a "giving a hug" feeling.

We like this bed it is supportive, yet plush. I do think I am sleeping better. It seems to help with releaving pressure from sore joints.
