We had our Ghost bed hybrid for about a month. We really do like it. Great support and comfort without being to firm. Love them combo of the spring and memory foam. I don't feel when my husband get out of bed or repositions. We are very happy with our purchase!

First mattress I received had some issues with dimensions and build quality, I contacted support and they manufactured and sent me a replacement which is perfect. Medium firmness and it is heavenly to sleep on. Sleeps nice and cool and gives exactly the right amount of support.

We've only had our mattress for a few weeks. At first it was like a dreamy cloud. It's very comfortable, but I can already tell it is wearing in and it does not seem to have the same level of comfort it had right out of the box etc. It could use a little thicker foam between the sleeper and the coils perhaps. This may also be because I am a heavier person (300 lbs).

Love this bed!! Mattress is super comfy; the motorized frame is smooth and makes reading or just sitting in bed so comfy. It’s costly but worth every penny for a good nights sleep!! I have lower back pain and fractured my kneecap recently so pain is a constant abut this bed helps me sleep.

Have had the Flex Queen mattress for almost 2 months now. My husband, who initiated this mattress purchase, says he finds sleeping on this mattress good for his back. In the past, he suffered waking up with back aches, not now at least. I have not had any issues with past mattresses owned. I am sleeping fine on this mattress. Since I like to sit on the edge of the side of the mattress to slip on my socks in the morning, I have noticed that the bed edge does dip down a wee bit more than our replaced pillowtop coils mattress. I am trying to break this habit! In researching, we still wanted the solid structure of lots of coils, so we opted for a combo mattress with the additional comfort of foam. We are both in our early 60's, 6 feet tall and in the 200 lbs weight range. I would have liked to buy the larger King size mattress but, we have a very nice Queen size bed headboard and lots of new Queen sheets which we wanted to keep using. Also, our bedroom size justifies the Queen mattress size rather than a King mattress given our matching bedroom set furniture. With Covid shopping restrictions, we decided on the safety purchase of a boxed, home delivery mattress. Ghostbed advertised a Boxing Day sale price and threw in 2 free Standard sized pillows with the purchase. However, we are a bit disappointed that the offer wasn't for Queen size pillows since we bought a Queen mattress from them. Also advertised, was a 10 year plus warranty on the mattress, which was better than any other boxed mattress company. As of this date, we have not yet used the pillows. We will use the pillows as I opened them up and they feel cool to the touch and will be good in the summer when temperatures warm up considerably. Delivery of the boxed mattress was very quick, just a few days. Unfortunately, I was not given any email notice of when delivery would take place. I came home after doing some grocery shopping, and the box was on the front steps in full view from the road. Luckily, no one grabbed the box and walked away with my purchase. The pillows came about two weeks later after a follow-up call had to be made by me that they had not come with the mattress. Overall, we are currently pleased with our Ghostbed Flex queen mattress purchase.

I finally decided to buy a mattress online and did a lot of research. Ghostbed has the “cool” brand and great warranty. I’ve only had it a few weeks but is clearly the best mattress I have ever owned. I sleep better but want to finish then break on period to see if it gets even better (a little firmer than I am used to but I think it’s not broken in yet).

So far I love this bed. (BTW I'm 65 and live alone. I was able to unpack the mattress and put the frame together by myself). Customer service was very helpful, too, as they graciously extended my trial period because my move was delayed. I love the fact I don't slide off the edge, as I did with my memory foam mattress. It's as described; great for side and back sleepers. I may get a foam topper, just because I do like some of the properties of memory foam. We'll see. I've recommended this bed to several other people.

We love the hybrid option and cooling top. The firmness is comfortable for both of us and we both sleep on side, stomach and back. We went with the split king and adjustable base. We love being able to adjust our own sides to our personal preferences but the mattresses easily shift apart and often have to be pushed back together. The bar at the bottom of the bed seems to fall out quite a bit and is frustrating to get back on with the mattress and bedding on.

Just got our ghost bed flex two weeks ago and so far my wife and I are enjoying it. Still adjusting but chronic pain in my shoulder has gotten better and my wife is very pleased. Med to med firm seems like a fair assessment of the feel of the mattress and so far it hasn’t slept too hot (although it’s still winter here in the northeast). Shipping and setup were easy and quick. So far it’s been a very good experience.

It took awhile for my husband and I to decide on which bed to purchase and since this is our first time buying a mattress online without being able to feel it first, it was nerve wracking. I loved the idea of having 101 days to try it out so we went ahead and took a shot on the GhostBed Flex. I need firm support since I always have back aches. The GhostBed Flex gives me enough support but is soft enough for my husband’s comfort. We’ve had the bed for five days now and I must say, best decision we’ve ever made! I can’t say much about the blend of the materials inside since this is our first foam type bed but the softness is PERFECT. Not too soft and not too hard.
