The Bed Store in Lenoir City gave us great service. Prior to making our decisions, we received excellent information on our various choices. The delivery was tailored to our schedule, went very smoothly, and the gentlemen were very careful with the new product as well as with the discarded mattress. We love the mattress and had no trouble adjusting to the firmness from day one.

This is our second Temper-Pedic bed system. Prior to this we had a king size mattress with a flat box base. Recently, I required two knee replacements. Replacing our single king size mattress with two side by side twin size mattreses with independant adjustable bases provided my dear wife and I with a bed system which helped my knee rehab without disturbing her.

I have had the new mattress, pillows and sheets now for about 30 days. So far I like it a lot, almost love but too soon to give it that. Humans spend a lot of time in bed and I have went with the cheap mattresses for over 50 years and almost got a sleep number bed, but after talking to people that have them, I realized that Tempur will be the better investment. I recommend to buy new sheets and pillows with a new mattress. AND get the mattress protector if you have pets that get on the bed (allowed or not) and kids, night #5 my dog tested it and boy was I feeling like a smart man. you will be the first to know if this bed doesn't hold up to the name. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have slept on this mattress approximately three weeks now and all I can say is wow. Going from a coil mattress for 25 years to an all foam mattress was the best decision I ever made. Was a little skeptical going with the soft over the medium mattress but glad I went with soft. It is very cozy and comfortable. I wake up refreshed and better than ever thanks to my new Tempur-Pedic! The only negative would be the price but you definitely get what you pay for. Overall, I'm 100% satisfied and see myself buying Tempur-Pedic mattresses going forward.

Well, our choice was Firm, and it is. It feels like a bench when you first sit on it, but in a few seconds you sink in just enough to be cradled. A perfect balance of 'no saggy spots' and 'no pressure on shoulders, hips, or knees. The other treat is that when either I or my wife get up (in the night) or first out of bed, the mattress does not move/jiggle. You don't know the other has gone - and you just keep sleeping. Our previous mattresses were top quality, but with springs. This one doesn't flex like that - which is great.

My wife Loves the new be as for me I wish there was a middle ground between softer bed and this medium hybrid. I really like a little more of that feeling of a sinking in. If you are a HOT sleeper all the fancy sheets, Hybrid technology does not totally resolve the heat problem. It is Cool when getting in bed and if when you do get hot you just have to move to cool of for a short period of time. Talking to others all the new memory foam beds have this issue with heat no matter how many fancy features they add. Quality wise this bed is made to last

I originally purchased a Tempurpedic king medium bed. It was just too soft and was killing my back. I utilized the trade in policy. I explained how the bed was killing me. They recommended a Proadapt firm. My wife loved the medium so we got split beds. She happy with hers, unfortunately the firm is too hard for me. The bed hurts my shoulders and back. It is not a peaceful night sleep as I just can't get comfortable no matter what position I'm in. You're allow to do one trade, so I'm suck. I purchased a sleep number bed and am waiting for delivery. Hopefully it is better night sleep.

My husband prefers a firmer mattress than I do, so being able to customize our mattress comfort was a positive thing. He loves his firm mattress as much as I love my medium. We both do a lot less tossing and turning due to the supportiveness of these mattress, so we are getting a better nights rest.

Before we had a regular mattress that caused us both to toss, turn and wake up multiple times through the night. We woke with hio, back and neck pain. One week sleeping on out new Tempurpedic changed all of that. We now wake from a wonderful, uninterrupted night of sleep and feel refreshed and ready to start our day. Oh, we both stopped snoring as well.
