I was looking for a bargain price mattress to replace a current mattress. I found many that were comfortable and supportive. But then, I tried a Tempur-ProdAdapt Firm and then I new this was the one for me. At first, it seemed too firm after trying others. However, after sleeping on it for about two weeks, it is working great, supportive, and not too firm.

I have had the new mattress, pillows and sheets now for about 30 days. So far I like it a lot, almost love but too soon to give it that. Humans spend a lot of time in bed and I have went with the cheap mattresses for over 50 years and almost got a sleep number bed, but after talking to people that have them, I realized that Tempur will be the better investment. I recommend to buy new sheets and pillows with a new mattress. AND get the mattress protector if you have pets that get on the bed (allowed or not) and kids, night #5 my dog tested it and boy was I feeling like a smart man. you will be the first to know if this bed doesn't hold up to the name. Is taking me a while to "break in" the mattress. I feel sad because after almost three months my mattress still doesn't feel soft and confortable. On the other hand, I was sick on bed for a week, and I never experienced back pain as I have before with other mattresses after being on bed for that long. Me está costando acostumbrarme al colchón. Me da pena porque después de casi tres meses, mi colchón todavía no se siente suave y cómodo. Por otro lado, estuve enferma en cama por una semana y nunca experimenté dolor de espalda como en otras ocasiones con otros colchones después de estar en cama tanto tiempo.

My husband prefers a firmer mattress than I do, so being able to customize our mattress comfort was a positive thing. He loves his firm mattress as much as I love my medium. We both do a lot less tossing and turning due to the supportiveness of these mattress, so we are getting a better nights rest.

We've had our TempurPedic for three weeks now and every night is great. No more tossing and turning all night, and no more waking up stiff and sore. Also no more waking up in the night all hot and sweaty. Would recommend this bed to anyone who is looking for a comfortable night's sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mattress is amazing. I sleep a little hotter than my old one but overall it's pretty great. I should have got the 5" platform instead of the ultra low 2". PS - King size only comes in two twin foundations if that helps!

The delivery team arrived Monday, October 21, 2019 a Wonderful morning at 9:15am.... I was so excited to finally have my new bed after many months of remodeling my house. The delivery guys were so polite and courteous, simply outstanding, second to none! A special thank you to Sleep Outfitters' Danville KY store Manager, Tish O'Rea!!!She was so helpful, patient and kind during the purchase plight for a new mattress set. There were many changes along the way and Sleep Outfitters made every one of them effortless and a wonderful experience overall. My joints don't ache as much anymore. I am so happy to go to sleep instead of dreading it. I Don't wake up in the middle of the night. The Zero Gravity setting is my absolute favorite!!! It truly feels like I'm floating!!!Words cannot put how I feel about my bed...Love Love Love My Tempur Pedic!!! Thank you Tish for caring about the customer and giving such excellent customer service-you're the best! I'm Never going back to a standard mattress AGAIN!!! We love our King ProAdapt Firm. We had a Classic Deluxe and needed to replace. We knew the new mattress would feel extremely firm at first but softens up after sleeping on it. Worth not having backaches. The ProAdapt is taller than our older model so being 5'3", I have to have a step stool to get onto the bed. Minor problem for the comfort. We also have Tempur-Pedic mattresses in our guest rooms.

I needed an adjustable bed for myself due to a neck/back injury. I was sleeping in a motorized recliner because it was the only thing comfortable enough for me to sit or lie on for any length of time. my husband was already sleeping in a recliner due to his sinuses; he was unable to lie flat because sinuses would clog up, so he had already been in a recliner for several years. finally, we made the plunge and looked at adjustable beds. We selected the Tempur-pedic Pro-adapt with individual adjustable bases and it has been a life-saver. My husband is back in the bed after nearly 5 years because he can incline the back, and it adjusts perfectly for me as well. Initially, we both thought the Tempur-pedic mattress was going to be too hard, but after you lie on it for a few seconds your body just sinks into the mattress until it perfectly fits your contour and it feels AWESOME!! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that has back or neck problems, sinus issues, or acid reflux. It is truly amazing. Not the cheapest thing, but worth every penny!!

Absolutely NOT for senior citizens, extremely difficult to change the sheets since this mattress is very heavy (queen size). I regret immensely buying it but after spending over $3000 I am stuck for life. 1st time putting a sheet on by trying to lift one side, something snapped in my shoulder & I have not recovered yet from this injury. I wish I could return it & recoup some of my money but I know it's not possible so unfortunately for me, I'll have to straggle with it for the rest of my life (I'm in my late 70's). Sorry Tempur-Pedic, I DO NOT RECOMMEND your mattress, this model or any other Tempur-Pedic model as well especially for older adults. For many years I had Sleep Number bed in king size (2 X twin) but after my husband passing, I moved & downsized so I bought this queen size mattress. I wish I could go back to the Sleep Number mattress & get rid of the Tempur-Pedic one but I can't afford to do just that.
