I had a Terpur mattress I bought in Hong Kong...it is the original product and not the USA licensed product. It started to delaminate after 5 years and since ai moved back to Hawaii, I could not make any adjustments with the original Tempur company. So far, this USA mattress gives me the comfort that I wanted and has decreased my back aches. I have a concern, though...will this mattress start to delaminate because I also have a Tempur-pedic adjustable bed frame and I like to raise the head and leg when I watch TV in bed. Other than that concern, I am happy with my purchase.

It has only been a few weeks so we are still deciding. We may move to a medium support mattress. It has been an adjustment from our older Tempurpedic because this one is higher. We are also having difficulty with our high end mattress cover being slippery. We switched from our high thread count smooth sheets to percale to see if the bottom sheet will stay in place better. In general, we love Tempupedic. There are adjustments we need to make in this transition from a 2007 mattress to 2019.

My husband and I had slightly different needs and both had been experiencing a lot of trouble sleeping until we got our Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Medium Hybrid mattress. We wake up well rested with no more stiffness! Wish we had bought it a long time ago!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my parent's and they were skeptics that this mattress couldn't possibly be different from any other mattress on the market. When the mattress arrived after the first night, they raved about how the mattress helped them sleep better, their backs were no longer aching and also that the mattress was so great that they didn't want to get up in the morning for work. For the price I paid for this mattress I expected it to be much more comfortable. I have been using this mattress for about four months. I sleep on my back and I get up each morning with a back ache. I really did not expect this. I would not recommend this product. If I had to do it over again I would purchase a less expensive mattress and buy a comfortable mattress topper to go over it.

At first the mattress wasn't as comfortable as I thought that it should be for the money paid, & I thought that I had made a big mistake! I've had my bed for about 2 months now & I don't know exactly when it happened but the mattress is perfect!! I have fibromyalgia & thought that I needed a softer mattress, but boy was I wrong. My mattress feels as if it had been made for my body, not too soft & not too hard. This has been the best investment I've made to date & I am 67 years old.

The Pro Adapt soft is not what I would call soft. It is firm with a little hug to your body. Easy to turn over in. The cooling gel center doesn't really help a lot when having a hot flash, but the mattress doesn't sleep hot. We have only been sleeping on this for a month. My shoulder would hurt after sleeping, not any more. They tell us it will get softer. I think it will be 5 stars then.

We bought this bed 2 1/2 years ago, on recommendation from a family member.... salesman at Slummerland pushed this mattress...now I know why... depressions with mid bed "ridge" VERY uncomfortable on back and joints!!!! The 10 year warranty was denied... "depressions not deep enough".... NOW WORKING TO TELL EVERYONE NOT TO BUY TEMPUR PEDIC!!!!!!!!

First let me say the mattress feels great... then you fall asleep and suddenly you wake up HOT! I live in Illinois keep my house at 65 degrees and I'm still HOT. That's also considering our bedroom is the coldest room in the house. That so called cooling is only to the touch once you fall asleep it will retain your body heat. The others mattresses DO NOT KEEP YOU COOL, they merely keep you cooler than their regular mattress... so if you're a hot sleeper STAY AWAY!

Never have I ever thought that a mattress would change ones life! I'm so glad my husband and I made this decision. We both love the cooling effects we even feel a bit healthier. It's gonna be hard trying to get out of bed for work in the mornings now.
