Such a convenient and nutritious breakfast, lunch, or snack. The serving size is smaller than the ones you get at shops, making the calorie, carb and sugar totals more reasonable. I add PB, banana slices, plain Greek yogurt, and honey before I add the granola for a heartier meal.

I usually love getting these, but this time I must have gotten an old batch because they were brown when I took them out of the box. I don’t return them cause every time I was out it was too hot to run errands and keep them frozen in the car. So I just passed them in the trash. I will look next time before I buy them.

I purchased these bowls on a whim. I like Acai and decided these would make a good snack. I was correct. It only takes about a minute or so to thaw this in the microwave. They are tasty and filling. The granola adds a good crunch so it is not just a soupy liquid. I was very pleased with the taste, the time for prep and the ability to keep the unused ones frozen until I want to eat them.

These bowls are amazing. They make a great meal.
