So easy to eat any time of day, just make sure you leave it out at room temp for around an hour to de-frost or microwave for 10 sec. I love how fresh it is and the granola makes it such a great texture. I've brought this for lunch at work, and left it out for an hour for breakfast on the weekend and I love it.

These are really delicious...a healthy alternative to ice cream... very versatile...add peanut butter, honey and some yogurt...so good! 😋
