After many years of thinking about buying a hybrid mattress, I finally gave in — and I regret not purchasing it sooner. The comfort and sleep relief I get from the TEMPUR‑ProAdapt Medium Hybrid is unbelievable. I've only been sleeping on it for less than a week, and I already feel like a new person. After sleeping on a soft Luxe Breeze for 1.5 years and figuring out it was the source of upper back pain, I tried 5 different mattress's before finally doing a lot of research (AI was a huge help) to figure out what I needed. It came down to a Nectar Ultra vs Tempurpedic ProAdapt. I wasn't taking any more chances, and having had extremely good luck in the past with Tempurpedic, I hit the bullet and paid the huge price. After one night, I do not regret the purchase!

I need it a new mattress and after looking at all the brands of mattress for about two weeks everyone recommended the TEMPUR-Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid and also got the Prosmart Base and it was probably the worst decision I have made over price poor quality and it gets very hot when you sleep and uncomfortable not like when is at the showroom. The bed Frame is low quality and lousy speakers with poor sound.

My husband has had two back surgeries that has left him with nerve damage amongst other issues. Our new mattress alolows him to get a better rest. We both are very impressed with the comfort, quality and structure. So happy, we definitely made the right choice.

I'm extremely disappointed with my Tempur-Pedic bed. I specifically chose this mattress and adjustable base setup because it's marketed as helping with comfort and sleep issues like sleep apnea, which was a major factor in my decision. After only four years of use, the mattress has significantly broken down in the middle—right where it's most affected by being propped up on the adjustable frame. This is especially frustrating because the entire system is designed and promoted to be used this way. I used the bed exactly as intended, regularly adjusting the base to improve my sleep. Instead of holding up, the mattress has lost its structure and support in a very noticeable way, making it uncomfortable and undermining the very reason I invested in it. To make matters worse, my warranty claim was denied due to a sweat stain. This makes no sense, as the breakdown is not even in the same area as the stain—it's in the section where the adjustable frame raises the mattress and where my body weight is concentrated. If the stain were truly the cause, the damage would be in that location, not in a completely different area. It feels like an excuse to avoid honoring the warranty rather than addressing a legitimate product failure. For a premium product that's supposed to be durable and supportive—especially for people dealing with sleep issues—this kind of deterioration in such a short time is unacceptable. I expected far better quality and longevity. Based on my experience, I will never buy another product from this company. Don't waste your money. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I guess time will tell but, so far, this is the best mattress I have owned and with a 60 month not interest deal, is a no brainer. Feels like I finally hit the jackpot here and hope it stays for many years to come. The firmness is exactly what I was looking for, and the ability to move without disturbing my partner makes it even better.

I have been using it for less than a year and feels like it sagging and higher in the middle. I was told that it doesn't have memory. I still paying for it and when I request the warranty and even send clear pictures of it they deny. They said that I should go to the store where it was buy and the store said that It has to be tempur pedic . We are senior and this is not fair.

I like our new mattress. We are still getting used to it but it does seem to help our joints. I'm a little disappointed though because the mattress bounces every time husband moves. He has restless legs and we thought this mattress might help with motion. Sadly, it does not.

I've owned this mattress for a little less than a month. -FLOOR MODEL When I laid on this mattress in the store, it was perfect! The exact right amount of softness for me and exact right amount of firmness for my husband. HOWEVER, the sales rep. warned me the mattress will take about 90 days to break in and feel like the floor model and that is why they suggest waiting 90 days before considering returning or exchanging the mattress. -NEW MATTRESS FIRMNESS To put it plainly, it's terrible. According to the Tempur-Pedic website, the only way to break in the mattress is to sleep on it nightly. Had I know I'd pay a few grand for little sleep, I might have considered going with a different mattress. -EXTREME FIRMNESS IS EXPECTED According to both Tempur-Pedic website and the sales rep., the extreme firmness is expected until a gel or foam mattress is broken in. -CONCLUSION I give this two stars because I struggle to sleep on such a firm mattress. To break it in costs sleep (and money because this was a large purchase). I'm hopeful it pays off in 90 days and feels like the floor model at the store.
