It was nice and plush the first few months. Now it has turned into a brick. I get pain in my heels just laying on my back for 5 minutes. It is ridiculous how bad the pressure point relief is. The worst mattress I've ever used. I get horrible sleep, aches all over no matter the position. And now it has started the flake a white snow when I change the sheets and mattress cover. Probably not good to be inhaling white mattress flakes while I sleep. I would give it zero stars if I could. Do not be lulled in by the initial comfort that will wear out just after the return period ends. What a waste of money.

Over the years (as I am 64) my back has degenerated to the point a regular mattress is NOT comfortable. A year ago I had spinal fusion and a spacer inserted in my lower back. Unfortunately, Scoliosis runs in my family and our daughter was born with it. The TempurPedic has been a great product for our family. I am so grateful this product is available to us through our Military Exchange. We are forever grateful TempurPedic supports the military. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had followed the recommendation of a "known consumer magazine" and bought their top rated mattress in 2019. Less than a year later, that mattress was causing me to wake up with a sore hip. This mattress took care of the sore hip!

So comfortable, just firm enough to support your body. This is the second Pro Adapt I have bought in a year. We have two homes and this makes the fourth Tempurpedic I have bought in nineteen years. My hip pain went away after purchasing my first Pro Adapt last year. Will never purchase another type mattress.

My last tempur-pedic lasted 20 years and was wonderful, but did finally get old. So, we bought this one last month and it is even better - so soft and comfy. We both slept better than ever. My husband weighs twice as much as I do, so when he rolls over, on most beds I feel it. With this one I don't. There is no slope when he is in bed either. It has support right up to the edges too. It's taller than the last one, so that took a bit of getting used to, but we have. For us, this is the very best bed possible (and we have tried many).

Tempurpedic customer service is horrible. The bed is good, but the service is terrible. We ordered our bed and base and needed to replace the base. We made several calls to customer service in an attempt to replace the base. We were made many false promises. If we didn't continue to follow up, I believe that our issue would never have been solved. Tempurpedic needs to give their customer service professionals better tools to be able to do their job. As nice as the people were, they were barely able to help us with a simple product replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed has been a game changer ! Before we got this bed my partner had severe back issues to the point he thought he would need to have surgery . Our former bed was not good & left us feeling unrest in the morning. Once we got this bed we both where able to get a excellent night sleep , increased out motivation. So much that my partner had enough energy to start working out again & lost 15 pounds and no longer needs surgery . He's still has minor back issues but that from driving all day at his job but NOTHING like before . He can actually walk 4 miles vs. not being able to walk at round the block ! Sleep is everything & affects so many areas of a persons life. I highly recommend this bed. The service we received though out the process was great , from ordering it to set up was easy & no issues . It's one of the best moves we made !

I have hip & shoulder problems and this mattress allows me to sleep so comfortably throughout the night now! I love how it supports my whole body! We also have their amazing pillows too! Highly Recommend It!

I very much like this mattress however; the firm is a bit too hard and next level down was too soft. The mattress was delivered on 7/5/19 and each night it gets a bit more comfortable for me. So far no issues, it replaced ten year old tempur-pedic mattress. My favorite thing is when my wife turns over at night I get no movement on my side of the bed
