After looking at several mattresses, I bought the firm pro-adapt mattress. It is very firm but I have read that as you use it, it will get softer. I like it but it is very different compared to the other mattresses I have owned. I am still getting used to it. It is very pricey but hope to fall in love with it as I sleep on it.

Over the years (as I am 64) my back has degenerated to the point a regular mattress is NOT comfortable. A year ago I had spinal fusion and a spacer inserted in my lower back. Unfortunately, Scoliosis runs in my family and our daughter was born with it. The TempurPedic has been a great product for our family. I am so grateful this product is available to us through our Military Exchange. We are forever grateful TempurPedic supports the military. I have had a Tempur-Pedic mattress in the past and always liked the support it gave me. I do love the Pro-Adapt Soft mattress. It was the first time I was able to sink into my bed and feel comfortable since becoming ill. The only thing I don't like about this mattress is that it becomes hot where you lay. I am constantly moving all over the mattress to find a cooler spot all night. If the heat from the mattress wasn't an issue then I would have given a five star rating. More work needs to be done to refine the body heat this mattress holds in.

Hi Team, I wanted to see what the alternatives are since I have not been completely happy with my bed full transparency is I do have a back issue due to a random physical assault by a stranger and it is imperative to me and also my care team to find an overall great back support product. Can you help here ? Your part could be potentially harmful for my back so I'm hoping there is an alternative

I have degenerative disk disease in my entire spine and deal with constant pain. Back spasms are also an ongoing challenge I deal with. Before purchasing this mattress, I ended up having to sleep on our couch for two months. Now I am able to have quality sleep for the entire night. My back pain has gone from level 8 to level 3-4. It has given me much quality of life improvement.

Bought the pro-adapt soft because we needed a soft bed. The bed we tried out in the store was sooo comfortable. Our new bed has yet to feel soft. We still toss and turn. Our old pillow top with memory foam topper was more comfortable than this bed. Unfortunately, even with the 90 day guarantee, there is not one softer. So we are stuck.

We have been happily sleeping on Tempurpedic mattresses for 20+ years. Recently, though, I developed shoulder arthritis, and I was waking up with shoulder pain. We switched our old (still good!) firm Tempurpedic for this softer version. No more shoulder pain! Tempurpedic mattresses have consistently given us our best sleeps. As our bodies change over time, updating the style of mattress we sleep on makes good sense. (Our friends' six-foot, six-inches adult child was delighted to adopt our like-new king-size mattress, and loves it as much as we did. Tempurpedics seemingly 'last forever.')

Mattress is sagging! They allow a form on line take pictures of receipt, take pictures of the bed and last turn your mattress over and take a picture of a tag! We are elderly it's hard. The store we bought it from doesn't help! They don't carry the warranty! Great! It's only 4 years old and it's sagging at the bottom of the bed. After 3 calls to warranty a nice women suggest we get a mail in warranty not on line because the pictures I took on my phone I didn't know how to make them smaller ! So frustrating
