We have owned NUMEROUS mattresses over the past 40 years from ones that flip, pillow tops of all thicknesses, the last one being the worst after only one year. I was looking at kickoff of the Temper-Pedic but my husband insisted we purchase the real thing. Ordered it off Temper-Pedic website and received it 8 days latter. Selfie wry was great and they took the other mattress and box spring with them. OMG I am a non-sleeper, well I always have been, until the first night we slept on our new Temper-Pedic medium firmness. It was lights out for 8 hours which is double what I usually sleep. ALSO l, my husband and I both have terrible backs and usually got up half crippled. This wonderful mattress has help GREATLY with this issue also. WE WOULD GIVE THIS MATTRESS A 10 STAR RATING IF THAT SAS AN OPTION. Thrilled we spent the month for it as it is worth every cent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not so firm as expected around the perimeter as I'm constantly sliding off in the sitting position and it makes me feel very nervous when I'm lying down as I feel like I'm going to fall out of bed. I usually sleep close to the edge of the bed but I've had to sleep about a foot away from the edge to avoid falling about 4 or 5 feet through nightstands to the floor. I've contacted customer service and only got a request for pictures. Pictures of myself falling off the bed? Really? Not satisfied at all at this time.

We bought something else. As soon as it was delivered, I think we instantly regretted it, but we lived with it for a decade. Crappy sleep finally caught up with us and we could tolerate it no longer. After a brief call with the customer service department to ensure we got the EXACT SAME MATTRESS as we had before, we ended up with the ProAdapt. First night, I got 4 hours of deep sleep according to my watch. I literally passed out on it. I've been sleeping like a dream ever since. We love this mattress and with their return policy, if it's not for you, you can return it.

The sides were finally getting very soft, I am now pregnant and began feeling more uncomfortable as each week passed. I had planned on getting the medium or medium-hybrid, but my husband and I went into a store to lay on them. We realized even the firm mattress had quite a bit of give once you laid down on it and that it seemed like the best option for us. We ordered online which was easy; the delivery company messaged us with a couple of delivery date/time frame options. They came in, took our old mattress, replaced it with the new one, and now we are on to better sleep! I am so comfortable on this mattress, can barely feel when my husband moves, and if it wasn't for our noisy cat I would be sleeping through the night. It served us well all these years and was still in excellent condition; however, I wanted a new one with increased firmness. I like firm mattresses, and after 13 years, I decided we deserved a new one, and it would be another Tempur-Pedic. When our new one arrived, we gave our old one to my wife's twin sister who lives with us. She too loves it as we did. A Tempur-Pedic mattress is an investment in your wellbeing; it pays a daily dividend of a good night's sleep.

A little hard for the first two nights but then the best night sleep you will ever have. I will never buy anything other than Tempur-Pedic. Absolutely love all their products!!

After sleeping on a conventional pillow top mattress it only took three nights to adjust to the tempurpedic. I love the sinking in feeling when you get into bed. It really conforms to my body and doesn't transfer any movement from my spouse to wake me up. Best decision I have made...wish I would have bought this years ago.

I have had back issues from my two previous mattresses and was a little hesitant to try a soft. I am so happy that after years I'm getting a full night sleep I do not ache when I get out of bed in the morning. It's been heaven. Worth the money for sure.
