As someone who prefers a firmer mattress for better spinal alignment, it has exceeded my expectations. First off, the comfort level is unmatched. This mattress is way too firm, actually it's hard. It is like sleeping on the floor. I really hope to fall in love with it but I'm having my doubts. I've read that there is an "adjustment" period, but I don't know if that means the bed will soften up or that I will get use to the hardness. The sample at the store was firm but very comfortable and I could feel it contouring to my body, but my bed did zero contouring. I am very disappointed but it has only been one night. Actually the idea of having to adjust to a bed is a bit ridiculous. i don't know if I can exchange the bed for Medium firmness but I may try. Remember too that the mattresses at the store have been repeatedly sat and layed on so over time they soften up. I don't have that sort of time, plus I weight 170 and I sleep alone so will my body weight alone soften the bed up enough for me to really find comfort and joy my expensive purchase. Overall the bed is beautiful and well made. Quality is top of the line.

I first chose the medium model of this mattress. After sleeping on it for a few months I discovered it was what was causing me to have a terrible ache back. The retail store would not switch it out as too much time had past. Tempur Pedic worked with me and replaced this model for the firm one. I am so grateful I now have the best mattress for my body. Obviously Tempur Pedic cares about customer satisfaction!

Your 2022 mattress is much thinner than my previous 2012 mattress and not as heavy-so it's easier to make my bed. However, I find the new 2022 mattress does shift and must push it back into place on your adjustable bed frame. Also, your queen size mattress did have a petroleum like off gassing smell for almost 2 weeks, which I wasn't happy about. Since that smell is now gone, I love the mattress and fall asleep easily (sometimes too easily) on my new soft mattress as it's very comfortable. I also love the fact I do not have to download an App to use my wireless remote. Thank you for keeping it simple and easy to use! I also have your queen size pillow which I use under my legs for additional back support. All in all, I am a happy Tempurpedic customer.

Pro: one it's broken in completely, it'll be super comfy. Getting there! And definitely an improvement over our last mattress. Con: taking way too long to break in, leaving us with sore backs some days! Company needs to start breaking in mattresses (every mattress company) prematurely prior to customer purchases/delivery!

Bought a king Tempurpedic firm bed in 2008. I loved it. Over the years it aged, and within the 10 year warranty period I was able to get a free replacement. We decided to pay a little more and upgrade to the proadapt firm model. It took the 30 days as they say to "get used" to it. We love it and the way Tempurpedic handled our warranty claim.

We are definitely sleeping better on this mattress. What is disappointing, is that it is advertised to be a cooler mattress. It is cooler if you do not put the recommended mattress cover or any sheets on the mattress. Once you put these on the mattress, it is not any cooler than my other mattress.

Bought first tempur-pedic king, firm mattress in 2011. It lasted a good many years. Bought second Tempur-Pedic king adapt, medium in 2021. From the get go I knew the medium was not for me. Bought our newest King Tempur-ProAdapt Firm an have slept on it for one month and a few days. From the Flagship store experience to the "white glove" delivery and set up has been a wise choice. It has taken me a couple of weeks to get used to the "Firm", but I am a firm mattress sleeper.

This mattress is very comfortable for back sleepers that don't move around. Laying on either side gives me sore hips and shoulders-which I never expected would happen with the coils inside-it feels like laying on a slab of solid foam that doesn't give enough to transfer away from pressure points. I have a split king and the two sides slide apart to easily always with a big gap between them. They're too lightweight and should have side guards to keep them in place like they do at the bottom

We have only had it two weeks. It took about a week to start getting used to it and now It is very comfortable. Easy to turn over and get out of the bed. It has more softening up to do, but we are already saying it is a keeper. It seems to be good at supporting our backs. I think it is a good compromise between a regular mattress and the other temperpedic mattresses we tried.
