Our original tempurpedic lasted 15 years before getting worn. We bought another brand foam mattress at a lower cost. Started having backaches and sciatic nerve issues. After 88 nights returned it and got our new Tempurpedic. Instant relief and felt like our original tempur when it was new. Will never own anything else. These firm mattresses are wonderful.

I had a cloud for 7 years that started to sag and Tempur-Pedic stood up to its promise and fulfilled my warranty. Just a week after my claim I received my new bed. It's amazing! I am so impressed by them standing by their product and am in love with my new bed. Comfortable on day 1. After 2 spine surgeries (including a fusion) I could not be more comfortable! Slept all night without a bit of pain. Thank you tempurpedic!! You have a customer for life! The pro adapt hybrid medium is the perfect balance of comfort and support.

I had a salesman that apparently wasn't very knowledgeable. I have a really bad back and wasn't sure if I needed a medium or firm mattress. He had me lay on a firm lux breeze and it felt really good on my back. He said they lay the same. I've had mine for 3 weeks now I have slept on it maybe 3 hours. I went to a recliner first night on it. It was so hard I don't feel like I even made a indition on it. I can not sleep on it. But yet I have to keep it 30 days before I can return it. I've talked with several sales people but they all tell me they are talking to the manager and will call me back. I haven't received the first call back yet. He also had me lay on the smart ergo base with the wave massage I was so excited to be getting that base. Yet he ordered and they brought us out the base with only one massage motor. So it just kind of vibrates. I also called about this and I was told I can't return the base. I'm very very disappointed in Tempura pedic this was my dream to be able to actually afford one of these beds. But I will never again deal with this company. It could of just been a bad salesman but after calling for 3 weeks now. And not one call back from anyone not even the manager. I've had it with the entire transaction. If I can return it all including the base as well. I will purchase something else. Disappointed in Ky.

Every time I have friends or family visit I let them try out the bed and every person has raved about how nice and comfortable it is. I would definitely buy this setup again if I ever am in the market for another.

We are a long-term customer of tempur-pedic. We have slept on 2 mattresses over the course of 8 years. Both mattresses lost support and have begun to significantly sag within 2 years. We are not heavy by any means. My husband is 185 lbs. and I am 135 lbs. We use 2 waterproof mattress covers to ensure no sweat gets through, as my husband is a hot sleeper. We have BOTH developed nerve damage in our necks due to the sagging! We have been going to physical therapy and the chiropractor regularly to fix this for the last year and a half. Our arms go numb at night with excruciating tingling pain in the elbows, wrists, hands, and fingers. I have lost many nights of sleep trying to make this pain go away. My husband the same. After we went out of town and slept on a different bed, we knew the issue was with the mattress. Our first mattress we were able to return with warranty. The second however they won't allow it. The dip isn't large enough, which is completely inaccurate! Customer service is subpar. Quality is less than desirable for the cost of the mattress. I will NEVER purchase a tempur-pedic again. It seems their quality has diminished tremendously over the last 10 years. Don't waste your money.... You'll pay for it double time in health costs due to chronic pain and nerve damage.

This is my second Tempur-Pedic. The mattress delivered is completely unlike the version I tested in a Tempur-Pedic showroom. It is as hard as a rock. My backache this morning is painful. My online sales receipt says "ProAdapt" but does not specify ProAdapt or ProAdapt 1.0 or Pro Adapt 2.0. Yes, I was confused when the warranty drop down gave those 3 choices. The tag on my mattress says 2.0. How was I to know there is more than one version? I am told by customer service I probably tried an older version. 2.0 is currently being shipped. Nothing can be done until the 30 night trial is over. So, I am supposed to be sleep deprived for 30 nights, on this brick that was delivered to my house? I am not interested in letting the mattress confirm to my body or breaking it in. Thank you, Tempur-Pedic for the worst night's' I can remember. Fortunately, I kept my old mattress to give to a women's shelter. Unfortunately, they will not be getting it because the old mattress from 2006 is by far better than this misrepresentation.

I bought a King size Pro Adapt CG FR in late March 2021. I love a firm mattress. We loved our mattress for 3 years. In year 4 the mattress consistency changed dramatically. It is like the mattress became ice cold and hard like steel. I paid around $4000 for this mattress, and was swayed to buy it due to the 10 year warranty. I followed the online process, which was ridiculous. Send pictures. Fill out a very brief form. No phone numbers, no human to talk to. They turned it down because they said my photos could not show a manufacture problem. Really? You mean you cannot see the change in the mattress in a photo? I appealed their decision. They said no again, because they said it was a personal preference change and not a mattress problem. This is not true, and insulting. They offered no reasonable solution to this problem. Do not rely on the warranty. They have a big name, but zero customer service. If you are expecting the mattress to last more then a few years you are going to be very disappointed.

My husband has had lower back problems for the past 30 years and this bed was just what he needed to get a good nights rest. I, on the other hand, would often wake up in the morning with a tension headache. I have not experienced this at all since getting our new bed.

There are no words to describe how much more comfortable our bed feels. My wife and I sleep solidly through the night and wake up feeling refreshed and pain free. Just the feeling of crawling into bed at night and crawling out in the morning is magical. We are amazed at how our new mattress has improved the overall quality of life. We were skeptical about buying it at first because it was expensive but now having slept on it for a couple of weeks we have absolutely no regrets, it is worth every penny!!!!!
