wrong description

The product specifications state it is 100- 240VAC. But it is wrong, it is only 110V. Sams Club made a mistake on their website. Now I need to return it because I purchased it to use in Europe.

Hello Oz,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We're very sorry to hear that the specifications regarding the voltage were incorrect. This unit operates at 120V and is only designed for use within the United States. However, we will certainly share your feedback with the appropriate teams for consideration in future products. We have teams available in some European countries. Feel free to look for us as Shark Clean EU and select your location.
Kind regards,
Shark Clean

I am not one to leave reviews, and im a HUGE shark / ninja product supporter. I felt this fan was lacking power on the fan speed. The battery also did not fulfill my expectations. i thought it would have lasted longer at higher speeds. overall a slow not do long lasting fan for this price is not okay.

Hi Mindi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we're so lucky to learn that you're a huge SharkNinja supporter.
We're so sorry to hear that your fan is not powerful enough and that the battery did not meet your expectations. This unit will operate for about 20 hours on fan speed 1 or 2 hours on fan speed 5. Nevertheless, based on what you've described, it sounds like there's a chance it may not be working as it should. Could you please give our team a call at 1-855-427-5127? We'd love to help ensure you're getting the most from your product.
Kind regards,
Shark Clean

Best Fan...

We absolutely love our Shark fan! It's powerful, reliable, and gets daily use in our home. We even take it with us when we go camping, and it’s perfect for keeping cool while BBQing outside. Whether indoors or outdoors, it’s become an essential part of our routine—highly recommended!

Life Saver!

I purchased two of these fans for our graduation party over the weekend because my A/C went out. They were a huge hit! We used one for the outside with the misting feature and the other for the kitchen area. Everyone was impressed with them, and I can admit this was the best purchase I've made at Sam's Club. I have no idea how anyone would think it doesn't work well. It's sleek and has so many features I never knew a fan could have.

Fantastic fan! Very powerful

I needed a fan that pumped out a lot of air and didn't just claim to do so. Well this fan lives up to all the claims from Shark and has 5 levels of air output and a Blast option that is awesome. If you're on the fence about buying this fan don't hesitate and purchase. I just received this fan yesterday and my family is extremely impressed and in love with our purchase.

Worth The Splurge

A great Sam's Club find! The fan and misting attachment combo have been a huge hit at my cookouts this summer. Check out my full review, which includes videos of assembly and usage, on my YouTube channel @ClubReviewGal (enthusiastic customer, not affiliated with Sam's Club).
