Misting from garden hose, not water tank

I really wish they would make this more obvious in the various descriptions I’ve seen online. Apparently, it says so in this retailer’s ad, but you have to kind of look for it. Wanted to use this at the beach because of the misting feature. Now, I can’t. All it is is an expensive fan because of the brand name. You can get a battery operated Lasko fan for half the price.

Not worth the price

We bought this july of 24. Died almost exactly a year later. For the price this fan is, it should have lasted much longer. Absolute waste of money.
