I usually love Shark products but not this. I purchased from Sams today. I have charged it, tried to use the buttons on the fan and remote, changed outlets, and still not working. Twice the fan ran for 20 seconds and died. I will return it just buy something else.

The product specifications state it is 100- 240VAC. But it is wrong, it is only 110V. Sams Club made a mistake on their website. Now I need to return it because I purchased it to use in Europe.

I purchased two of these fans for our graduation party over the weekend because my A/C went out. They were a huge hit! We used one for the outside with the misting feature and the other for the kitchen area. Everyone was impressed with them, and I can admit this was the best purchase I've made at Sam's Club. I have no idea how anyone would think it doesn't work well. It's sleek and has so many features I never knew a fan could have.

I am not one to leave reviews, and im a HUGE shark / ninja product supporter. I felt this fan was lacking power on the fan speed. The battery also did not fulfill my expectations. i thought it would have lasted longer at higher speeds. overall a slow not do long lasting fan for this price is not okay.

I needed a fan that pumped out a lot of air and didn't just claim to do so. Well this fan lives up to all the claims from Shark and has 5 levels of air output and a Blast option that is awesome. If you're on the fence about buying this fan don't hesitate and purchase. I just received this fan yesterday and my family is extremely impressed and in love with our purchase.

Doesnt turn on

I really wish they would make this more obvious in the various descriptions I’ve seen online. Apparently, it says so in this retailer’s ad, but you have to kind of look for it. Wanted to use this at the beach because of the misting feature. Now, I can’t. All it is is an expensive fan because of the brand name. You can get a battery operated Lasko fan for half the price.

This is a great fan. I plan on buying a second one. The detachable top makes it even better
